  This store takes horrible care of their animals in the sense of cleanliness! The ferrets are sleeping in their own urine and fecal matter. Along with that the AC is broken and instead of keeping the animals cool the employees have fans on themselves instead of both them and animals. They need to hire more staff because it is ALWAYS slow with only 1-2 workers and no one up front because they are so busy restocking. The crested geckos food mixture is left dried in the bottom of the tank and there is snake shed left in the snake enclosure.

  Customer service needs to be improved immediately, remember no customers no job.since I walk in the answer was no. Went to return some cans and I was told it was not returnable. Where is the sign saying so. The Mgr said it's there, I ask where? It took her a whole week to know it's not there?

  You can buy pet supplies just about anywhere these days. Drug stores, convenience stores, grocery stores, fast food joints; well, maybe not fast food joints but you get the idea. All these places will get you the basics but if you want serious variety you've got to step it up and go to one of the big boys. As soon as you step into this place you know you are in a very nice and completely different world. * I have never seen a store as clean as this! This entire store is IMMACULATE! * I have never seen a store as beautifully merchandised as these folks! Everything is in its place and beautifully arranged. * The variety here is incredible. If it has fur or fins or hair or maybe even scales, these is probably something for you here. * The icing on the cake for me is every time I have been here, the cashier has looked up at me and smiled and welcomed me! In case you can't tell, I'm a fan and stop by quite a bit.
