Went there for my Father's birthday November 2023. They had 1 server working. She was overwhelmed. They were missing several items from the menu. They had no salad or biscuits. No butter for the crab legs. The food took 40 minutes to recieve. There was not a manager in sight. This will be the last time I ever step foot in that location.

My bill was over $116.00 for 2 people, and the food was mediocre at best.We won't be going back.

It's Red Lobster what can I say - the food was excellent and service was excellent when picking up, the waitress was really nice and helpfull! Just what I expected, so no surprizes.

Eh, I remember when I was a kid and going to red lobster was a big deal. As an adult, not so much. It was ok but for the price I would just make the stuff at home if you can.

Wish I could remember the servers name, this guy was on point I had endless shrimp and not one time did I have to wait for food or drink this guy should be a world wide server trainer.

2 1/2 hours for 4 of us to have dinner. I don't blame the waitress. THEY ARE SO UNDERSTAFF TOOK FOR EVER TO GET WAITED ON.

Horrible service. food cold. will not go back to this Red Lobster. We eat at many Red Lobsters. This one needs to be totally redone. Didnt have half the food shown on the menu.

Spoke to Kathy on the phone to place a reservation and was very rude and sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered!! What a horrible customer service experience !! Red lobster you need to place people with better people skills to answer those phones

Went to red lobster with my mom and grandma and it was not very well.. we got there and 10 minutes before anyone attending us and the hostess was talking like if we didn't hear her. She told another girl I don't have time for this I'm busy cleaning tables.. and then 15 minutes more and no one came we got up and left and went somewhere else for lunch.. will look for another red lobster will not return.. very disappointed... There lost.. I'm a loyal customer..

We came in for dinner ,gave the bartender our drink order, she had no clue how to make a old fashioned,needless to say after waiting for a 1/2 hour for our drinks. Which, She still had not made them! Horrible service especially since the bar was empty. She was overwhelmed by all of the drink orders from other diners. Long story short, we left. Horrible service. We will not be returning. I would not recommend this Red Lobster to anyone due to slow understaffed employees. Update! I sent a message as requested to Facebook . Still no reply! I guess they don’t care about the customer service. Sad. Stay away from this location
