There was a recall on our Highlander, from Texas, which previous dealers were unable to figure out. Erik, in service at Sebring Toyota, kept digging and was able to get us new tires at no cost to us. He is tenacious and amazing!!

I wanted to buy a truck from them a 2019 GMC they lied to me they decided not to sell it to me they decided to send it to an auction instead one salesman said it was fine. Another salesman said it had a transmission issue so say , not on the same page

I got a great car but their sales person was very absent-minded, schedule me on a day where tint window person was off which was his brother. And currently Ive been here since 9am waiting on my car to get finished tinted, it is now 12:25. Im not impressed and feel pushed around as if I am not important. Every is friendly but the sales person I was given could not even give me an estimated time of when my vehicle could be done.

Just moved down from NY and had to get our Rav4 in for its Toyota care. Service was polite and easy to work with. Waiting lobby was clean.

I would have given a higher rating had this dealership held up their end of an agreement made during the purchase of my vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross last month and was told there were 2 keys, however, they "could not find" the 2nd key while we were there. They said they would look around and mail us the key as soon as possible, and if they could not locate it, then we could make arrangements to have a new key programmed at their location. Well, it has been 3 weeks, and 6 phone messages later to the sales rep AND the GM with no return call. I left that day trusting them against my better judgment, and I was proved right. I am a Regional Sales Manager and if my sales reps and managers treated a customer who purchased from us this way, the outcome would not be a pleasant one for them. They are upholding the stereotype of a used car salesman, i.e. not to be trusted.
