I asked one simple question and got told no for separate times. Went down the street to Lowe’s ask the exact same question I got the service I was expecting from Sherwin-Williams. buying paint is not a complicated process only unpleasant and unhelpful sales people make it so.

Absolute waste of time and energy. They advertise as a wallpaper store but they have no wallpaper, or wallpaper books or samples. You cannot see or touch samples and therefore cannot match paint to samples. You have to go online and order from a picture … might as well shop Amazon for that.Woman behind the counter was in a rush to get me out of the store as well. No attempt to sell me anything since I was obviously shopping to redo a room.Advertising lies just leaves a bad impression. Horrible service doesn’t help either. So, I will be ordering my wallpaper elsewhere and purchasing my paint elsewhere too. I’m only 1 customer so I won’t break the bank but I was also the only customer……
