I was going to have my floors clean, my furniture clean and duck work clean. But after reading the newest reviews, I decided not to use the Stanley Steamer service. I'll be looking for a different company.

For $500.and their reputation, I expected a better cleaning. There is a place on our RV bench that looks totally missed. The stain is still on the carpet although they said they used everything they had. It was such a small place to clean, just expected a better job for that amount of money.

I wanted local and the worker was coming from Bradenton. I didn't use them as they were going to be here too late. their ad is local,so is their phone,but operator said their office is inSarasota. We had used them for approximately 30 years, and everything was fine. Times change.i believe it is false advertising.

The technicians left my floors as dirty as when they arrived. There were many places they did not clean at all. The grout was not cleaned. I was very disappointed in this service.

I called about 4 ac companies to get a quote for duct cleaning, amongst those 4, I called Stanley steamer. This Karen answered the phone and within the first 60 seconds I knew thisbwasnt going to end well.. she was beyond rude,I hope someone can listen to that call recording because she needs to be FIRED!!She made my decision a little easier to decide which company I'd be going with.. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING...

This company is not as good as used to. The representative was unhelpful, and complained the whole time. He really didn’t want to work. He clean two bedrooms, hallway and living room in 12 minutes. It looked and smell just as bad as before.When I called the office the lady was in denial and could care less. Stanley you will never see me again.

Ryan and Steven were right on time on a Saturday morning and they did a fantastic job on my carpet and chairs. They had to travel for an hour to get to my house. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I scheduled for them to clean my grout on line and no one called or asked what kind of tile! Moved everything out of the rooms and they get here and say we don’t clean travertine! All that work moving stuff, taking the day off of work and they don’t do it! Then the guy explains it and I told him someone was out last week looked at it and gave me price and he says to me “Good luck”! I had promised myself I would never deal with this company again, now I remember why. I Will remember next time.Service: Flooring

What a great job Lowell did for us!! We had a challenging carpet cleaning job which another company tried to clean but it didn’t work. Our cat got sick and was bleeding on the carpet. Lowell came out cleaned the carpet and it looks brand new. The scheduler Amanda was so kind and accommodating. We highly recommend this location and company. We now know who to call for our carpet and tile cleanings.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
