Flashy and modern looking is the only good thing I have to say. Ridiculous policy of requiring identification (and they're even picky about this) for any cash deposit. Supposedly to stop money laundering. Your $1.00 "money laundering" cash deposit will require an identification check. I use two other banks in town that don't enforce this stupid rule.

If i can a put zero star this is the worse bank in Highlands County, Is SUCKSSSSS. No matter if you go 1 time a month to get change they always have the same excuse they always blame the person that brings the coins, you ask for 5 rolls and they only have 1 what kind of bank is this? Plus They are soooo Rude..

It is the worse bank Ive ever been in. There is very little or no help of any kind! When you call them expect to be on hold for hours if not hung up on several times. If you have direct deposit or a bank transfer into your checking account expect not to see it for at least a week or more. When you walk in you get the feeling they will be closing their doors for good!! with all the banks around this area I would avoid this like covid 19. Just to show how bad it is I will be taking my business else where!!

Rediculous policy, charges non bankers $7 to cash a check that is with their bank. I was not permitted to use the drive through to cash the check because I was a "non member" of SunTrust the woman was rude and told me I needed come inside and cash it once inside she was then decent and cashed my check after charging me $7. I do not bank with SunTrust nor would I ever even consider it. Being rude to non members is unattractive and no way to do business or run a bank.

Drive thru service is always rude. I should know as I go often because it’s what’s nearby. I’m sure I get different tellers each time and each time is the same dirty look and “there you go” like get out of my face attitude. It gets old quick. I would suggest a small customer service training for your new people.

Customer service lacking. Automated equiptment failed. Staff was uncompromising with bank entry, mandated appointment even though bank was empty.
