Amazing place super friendly and professional new owner really go above and beyond nicest cleanest salon in Highlands county best price in town and they actually speak English. If you haven’t been in a while give them another try. The entire place has been renovated

I love T & K Nails! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Michael does incredible nails and Tom gives the best pedicure in town. Shop is clean and always welcoming! Happy to give them 5 stars!

Never come here again totally disrespectful they attitude are disgusting awful customer service took my money before toe nails even dried and I ask her why she couldn’t accommodate lower the price or put a free layer of acrylic on big toe due to she chipped, damage, and my toe bleeding and In pain for days after that the worst pedicure ever which she half did I rather go pay more than to settle for cheap prices and attitudes and they wonder why they don’t got no help for employees they are corrupted if they had 0 stars this would be the rating and update
oh yeah I caught a fungus from them after that cost my toenails to be even more horrible

New management and not very impressed with the service back about eight weeks ago . It’s like when you open for business you turn yourself inside out to please your customer, not so here . It was grabbing the money they liked . And I also do not like to have someone say I need cash , “ don’t you have cash “ , no matter of fact I carry very little cash on me is what I’d like to tell them .

I’ve been going here for about three years (as a snowbird) and I’ve been moderately satisfied until my last visit. I went in for a mani pedi, but the owner said I must pick one. I was leaving on vacation the next day and needed both. A couple came in after me (no appointment) and she had a mani pedi and the guy also had a mani or a pedi (I don’t remember which). When I asked why I couldn’t have both she said that she was short staffed — I get that. But what I don’t get is why she took someone who walked in (and gave them the services they requested) rather than finish with me before doing them. The result was a major inconvenience as I had to go somewhere else for the pedi. In addition, it cost me more money because the mani pedi wasn’t bundled together. I was a bit miffed and the owner never did explain to me why I could only have one. When the couple came in and it was obvious she was going to take them, her response to me was “I told you only one”. So … the customer service couldn’t be worse.Service: Pedicure
