Terrible place to work and shop. Low end managers were hired due to brown-nosing, no one cares about customers, and all managers except for one are completely oblivious to anything. Co-manager Rick is completely useless as are Rebecca, Chris, and Leo.Lowes is by far better.Only reason I gave one star is because I had to. Absolute 0 stars.To corporate: do better at screening and hiring store managers in Sebring.

excellent place to rent tools an other stuff you might need for a few hrs but not a life time, they are really good about not charging u if you a half hr or so late bringing back item nice people there who know their stuff on the things they rent out

I've made the mistake of using Home Depot to replace all my windows and 3 sliding glass door.All are are damaged except for 1 and going on 3 months with out a resolution.Me and my wife were screamed at by the representative from Home Depot on the phone.Corprate did not call us back.The 3rd party that did the install does do work for Home Depot anymore.The use of the big box stores is destroying this Country.Nobody has pride in there work anymore.PS Home Depot does not guarantee 100% satisfaction as they claim.Going with local company for my kitchen and floors and so far they are a lot more proffesionial.Don't use Home Depot for any big projects or you will be sorry.

The worst decision I've made in years was to open a home depot credit card through Citi bank. Horrible service would be a improvement given what I've experienced!!! Go to Lowe's or use a personal credit card preferably American Express! I canceled my Home Depot credit card through Citibank and will probably never set foot in a Home Depot again no sense wasting time and money with them when Lowe's has everything they do +++

Systemic bad customer service is rampant in this store, from the manager all the way down the chain. From rude employees who have no problem lying to you just to get you off the phone to a manager that won't field customer complaints on the phone. Stay away from this disaster of a stors and go to Lowes

I would seriously would rather chew glass than shop at this store. Every time it's a nightmare and I leave in a bad mood. I quit going there last year. Today I had to go there to get something very simple. Shelf was empty, but the item was still on the overhead. The assistant store manager I asked for help just passed it along to someone else when he realized it would have taken a few steps to complete this sale. He was rude and ignored me. In the end it took 4 different employees to complete this sale. I pray one day I see Home Depot go out of business. Next time I swear unless it's a life or death issue I will never ever step back in that screwed up dysfunctional store.

Great for having the material you need for diy , but stay away from their kitchen installation . Its a nightmare, no serious coordination or communication between HD and its contracters

Very disappointed in this location. I am a veteran and asked about using my military discount. Our cashier said yes, they honored them but I had to have a card, not just a DD214. I explained to her that I didn't have the card that I had been out of the military almost 30 years but I had my DD214 etc. The cashier would not honor that. She would not give me a military discount. I think that's very disappointing. I actually left and went to Lowe's to make my purchase where they have always honored the military discount. To be honest, it's not about the discount, it was the fact she refused my documentation that is military issued and accepted by everyone else.

*** Covid Update ***My recent pandemic experience at this location was so awesome I am compelled to write an update!I've used these folks for decades but recently used the app for the first time. I was doing a remodel of my Master Bath and needed a new toilet. My 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices were all backordered here and everywhere else because so many folks are doing DIY projects. I get that! HD promised to send me an email when what I wanted was in.What came next was seamless and quite typical. I started to receive progress emails and eventually got one that said my toilet was ready to be picked up.Now comes the great part. The last email said they were sensitive to Covid, I could use curbside pickup, and never go into the store. All I had to do was press a button on the email that said, "I'm at the store."I parked in a Curbside Pickup spot and pressed the button. A screen asked what kind of car I drove. Note it was 95 degrees outside. Thirty seconds later a young man jogged out. Are you Steven B? Yup. Please show me your ID. He jogged back into the store and quickly wheeled out my toilet and loaded it for me. No mean feet as it was very heavy and it was hot as hell out. No paperwork necessary and he handed me a receipt.I was at Curbside Pickup maybe four minutes! I've never had service from them that awesome in my life! They should be commended so That's what I'm doing!
