Bought a tool box for my son for Christmas on Black Friday. We were trying to hide it from him so we did curbside pickup and put it in my husband’s truck quickly. Once we got home 3 hours away we realized it had to have been used. It’s scratched on the inside and has no key. We called the store and the manager sounded like she couldn’t care less. Just said take it to another tractor supply! Not her problem anymore I guess.

We first started going to tractor supply when my daughter started raising a goat for FFA. Unlike other places nearby, the tractor supply staff were very helpful with helping us novices get what we needed for the goat.Since then we've been back dozens of times and have always been treated kindly. It's one of our favorite places to shop.

I bought a pair of Ariat boots on 1/3/2023 and on 2/6/2023 the right size boot came apart by the sole. Right away I called the store where I made the purchase and I was told that the policy is 30 days but being that I’m a regular customer an exemption could be made. I wasn’t able to make it to the store until today 2/11/2023 being that I work on the medical field and by the time I was done working it was passed 9:00PM. I went inside of the store and explained what had happened and the nice young lady at the counter called the shift manager and before I could explain what happened she stated that she could not help me and to call ariat and that the shoe could have some type of warranty. So I decided to keep my mouth shut and just walked away. I’m extremely disappointed they were not a cheap pair of boots and I’m at the store on a regular basis buying all of my pet’s food from dogs to chickens and many more items. at lest an exception could have been made since it was only a few days and plus the boots still look like new.I just wanted to share my disappointmentThank You

I've been calling the store since four days ago ! all it does is ring ,ring no one will answer the phone .Am trying to find out if y'all have a certain product .What I'm looking for isn't online .Yes ,store customers come first ! But whom ignores a Business phone & Doesn't even answer it at all ? Gotta do better ! Cause there's customers in store ,on the web ,the ones whom is calling the Store ! I guess I'll look else where ,Since I can't manage to get a hold of someone in the store to purchase what I need for a project ! I believe customer service needs to be Retrained ; Even my dog answers my phone ! That's a Dog being Intelligent,other than Civilians whom Ignore The Phones ! Hire a Robot if y'all too lazy and less busy to answer the phones ??

I was looking for a in stock Coleman Go Kart, ordered online in Riverview, but got canceled immediately because inventory was wrong. I called customer service and they confirmed it was almost out of stock everywhere but they did find that this store, Sebring, saying online and in stock. They called the store to make sure inventory reflected. The store confirmed to the representative and said they had 2. I called next myself, spoke to 1 manager and she reassured there were 2. Very kind lady. So, I placed order, then called back again and she said she got it and put my name on it to be assembled and then can pick up later.Next day, I got a cancellation email... because I ordered red, and they had blue. SAME price. Same model. But the blue isn't listed online to buy and I financed online, which you can't do in store. A different store manager on shift that day wouldn't help me figure out how to still allow me to get the blue.I called another store, Okeechobe, and they said they would honor the blue for the red since price was the same. I called the Sebring manager back asking why they will help but she won't. She told me maybe they are putting it on a gift card or store credit and that is illegal. What?! EVERY store allows even exchanges and/or store credit to purchase another. I called the main customer service number and they agreed, this CAN be done as a exchange or credit and they don't know what policy she is referring to. They currently are looking into it.I did drive 2 hours to pick up at other store and now I have it home. But this Sebring store was absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service to know they were my 2nd cancellation and refused to honor their word saying they had it and try to find a solution.She canceled it without calling me first, which is their policy to cancel if not available, but even then, I could have rebought the red, and she could have then did a even exchange. It was a 5 hours day to get the Go Kart, which could have been way closer if this store would have had good customer service and tried to find a way.

In and out in minutes. Got the products we needed, received the help and customer service we expected, and left with the parts to complete our job. Keep up the great work!

This place has the worst managers and worst servicePeople here are un polite and don't know how to treat a customer I buy in several tractor supply stores and this store has its own policies about matching pricesWouldn't recommend this store at all

I'm sure it's a supplier issue but couldn't find my pups pre-probiotic. Otherwise, can't fault the store. It seemed organized and definitely getting ready for the holiday season! Checkout process was great, cashier was very friendly and rang out the items we did find in a great cashier kinda fashion, lol. We're not in this particular area often, but when we are and if I need something...would absolutely stop in again.

My 17 year old son used his hard earned money to buy a weed eater this evening. Brought it home, started using it and the head exploded into 4 pieces. He took it back to see if he could get a replacement and was met by Dorothy. Her customer service is in serious need of retraining. My son called me so I could hear what was happening and I can not believe this woman is allowed to be on the floor dealing with the customers. Rude. Unprofessional. If they want to keep customers, they need to rehome her.
