One star - they admitted to delivering the package to the wrong address (confirmed by their GPS data) - best they could do was give me their postmaster's name to use on a claims form, which can't be filed for 15-60 days after the incident. Absolutely abhorrent behavior, but I guess that's typical for government employees who can't be fired. Use UPS or Fedex, folks.

The weekend people have lost our packages, when we went to the post office to complain, instead of trying to find out the problem they tell us it came from Amazon just tell them it's lost. That's not right, the post office lost it, they should take responsibility for the loss.

I had to mail out a box and the clerk at the post office was very courteous and helpful. They are all informative and very pleasant too.

They NEVER answer the phone. They lie with respect to actual delivery attempts. Worst rural service I've ever seen.

I use to work for USPS. Back when we understood what good customer service was. Was as past tense. I had a terrible experience today.No going the extra mile to help a customer for sure. I suppose it was too close to closing time and she had better things to do, yet she took 3 other customers. And because of that I was on a wild goose chase to get 3 packages sent out, for a customer of mine. Wow how ironic is that.No I have no more to add other than I will drive to Lake Placid or another town for postal service from now on.

These staff will harass you as they're serving you, beware. You just feel like your subjected to subdue yourself. Your not obligated and they will deny you.

Purchased P.O box online and went there TWICE in attempt to get keys, apparently they needed to change lock or get new keys but had tried giving me one key to try on box it did not work. After leaving town and not being able to use P.O box I return to town of course expecting a full refund. They some how later find the keys in box which was weird even employees agreed. After I received the run around, told id get a phone call and the "I don't know if we can do refund or you have to go through this manager etc, an additional FOUR attempts of being told to come back I did not receive full refund only partial. I paid for a service I did not receive, wasn't able to use box nor did I ever get keys THEN they had the audacity to tell me on my second attempt to get keys that they had them but I left too early after waiting around.

This has to be the worst post office I've ever dealt with. They can't even deliver mail to the right address. Constant issues. Post Master must not be that bright either to let this place function they way they are. Place should be closed down.

For the most part, I always get treated with respect and kindness as well as pretty quick service. However, there's a young woman, apparently new, who chews gum, blows bubbles, and also flirts with male customers. Quite unprofessional; a major cringe factor! My advice for her is to grow up, and keep those low class habits athome, not appropriate for the the workplace!

This is the third time i received notifications about I “requested” to have my packages to be held at their office which I NEVER did. If they can’t deliver at expected time, just report that way with honesty and transparency otherwise customers are never going to trust this kind of business. Maybe you guys need to cut back and let other businesses deliver free CV19 home tests while they can still use your service? BTW I received your in home CV19 3 months later! Just terrible! You guys are doing so terrible serving your business lately especially during/after this pandemic.

I also get notices saying that they were unable to deliver to my work place which oddly enough is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Why be untruthful? We are not in town and you didn’t try to deliver. This is the 4 th time.

Always quick and friendly
