A great experience. At the drive thru I was faced with a delay and needed to go inside. They made the wait VERY short and called me up to the counter as soon as it was remedied! Best experience I have ever had with Walgreens! Keep up the good work!!

Almost always an easy and seamless process. The pharmacy is a little understaffed in my opinion but maybe I just go at the wrong time of day. But they make up for it with speed and efficiency.

7/24 Went to Walgreens by Walmart in Sebring. Needed 2025 batteries. 2 pack advertised for 6.99. When clerk rang up ordered she charged me 7.99
When i asked about it, she said 6.99 if you put phone number in. I asked, Did you ask me for my phone number. NO she said.
Great customer service for Walgreens, terrible customer service for customer.

Called pharmacy at 2:07 for information on if a medication was in stock, pharmacist hung up on me.

Went in and asked about my antidepressants, and the pharmacist on duty was already irritated I even asked them a question. Ladies and gentlemen medications have millions of side effects and I will never, ever feel ashamed for asking about something that could affect my health. Also got into a weird semantic debate with him. Switch to another pharmacy and don't consult with Dr. Roth.

I have used Walgreens for years and am totally fed up with their customer service in the pharmacy, especially Amanda. When they answer the phone it is nothing but gibberish, they talk so fast and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Then I was told that my medication is out of stock and when I asked if she knew when it would be back, “It could be later today, it could be Wednesday or it could be a month from now. Call your doctor to have them call something else in”. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon. When I asked what dosage they had in stock, I was told that she could not give out that information.
I did tell Amanda that she was very rude and condescending and to please take that into consideration when she is dealing with the public.
I promptly called my doctors office and asked them to cancel the order from Walgreens and call it into CVS. CVS informed me it would be ready within one to two hours.
Never again will I use Walgreens.

Called several times, one hold for almost 20 mins at one time then call disconnected. NO ONE answers the phone no matter what time you call. I will email corporate office and complain, people need to contact the pharmacy for important reasons!

For the first time they had two registers open up front. Then the items rang up wrong he did go check but came back said I have to have coupon. NEVER show sale items at 2 for 7.00 and ring up 8.00. That was a first. Yes pharmacy is rude and when you call your on hold then they hang up. You have to call three times to get through. IT IS AN HOUR PROCESS FOR PHARMACY CALLS.

This pharmacy has very rude condisending staff. One girl inpaticuler on the drive thru. I have been going here for years but this last time is it. I have changed everything over to Publix. I will never step foot in that store again. They messed my perception up it was for 90 days they said we Don't have 90 day supply on hand but will be coming in soon so we will give you a 30 day script until the reminder arrives. OK no problem. Came back at the end of the 30 days and they said you will have to go back to your doctor to send another script because your insurance won't pay for it that way. OK went back to the doctor got another script for 90 days. Went back to pick it up and this very rude girl states they Don't have the supply and we will call when we do. This was two days after my second doctor visit to get the new script they messed up on. Very rude and just walked away. This kind of customer service is just not acceptable. Walgreens used to be the best pharmacy you could use but it has fallen so far it's just pathetic.
