This pharmacy is the worst!! You call in a refill or the doctor sends it in; doesn’t matter it will NOT be ready and then when you come in to get it they always tell you that you have to come back!! Also the one pharmacy tech who I won’t name loves to tell people your not our only customer, like your need for your medication doesn’t matter.. some serious customer service training is needed along with teaching them to respect the needs of their customers!!!

First off, let me say I am a loyal, frequent shopper. Now, having just returned from the store on Schmacher Road in Sebring, Fl, we are quite upset! Having chosen 2 items, noting the sale pricesposted on the shelves. When the register totalled our purchases much higher than expected, my husband commented on the lower sales prices. The clerk only said the're not on sale. In a crabby attitude, she wouldn't listen to our comment or try to call a Manger. We left without our purchase & quite disappointed in this person: not al all the courteous, friendly associates at Walgreen's should not be manning the front register. Please address her customer skills right away

Difficulty filling prescription. Personel not helpful. Our personal information in system is incorrect. Not at all helpful in trying to resolve. Our insurance person states it is not on insurance issue, problem with Walgreenssystem.

This place, was the worst, I came from the ER to get a prescription and they were so unprofessional and rude stating that my prescription was not approved by the insurance since they didn’t want to call the ins company I got the ins company on the line saying that it was authorized they refused to speak with my ins, the Pharmacist Steven came out eating a lollipop, stating that either I pay for the prescription or I leave, very bad customer service the worst.

This is a review for a particular employee in the drivethru of this Walgreens branch. On 11/10, my wife went to a drivethru to inquire if the prescribed medication for her dermatological issue is ready. Given the pressure of work demands for the day, this employee rudely commented that the medication is not ready yet & the customer would receive a text message alert, quote an quote "Simple as that". This is very off. I believe this employee should be disciplined & oriented with good customer service. After an hour or two, my wife called Walgreens and found out that her med is ready for pickup. She did not by the way receive a message.

We called twice, both times after giving full information we were told to hold a minute & they kept picking up the phone and putting back on hold; one time say, “there still there”. Each call ended with the tech picking up & hanging up. Real professional!

The store was clean but boy are the clinic staff RUDE. they told my roommate " We called your name and you didn't answer well yeah because she didn't call it. Then She tried to say that the appointment was for 2 o'clock Not 215, not 230, except that the appointment was literally made for 215 pm on the nose and we were 15 minutes early.After being unable to do the test the RUDE worker said make sure you come back next week BEFORE two pm. Then rolled her eyes. Yeah I'm not coming back here.

This is my 2nd attempt at getting a prescription filled at this pharmacy. I am a retired 100% disabled U.S. Army Veteran and I'm no longer upset that they don't take my insurance. What does infuriate me is their wasting my time. The emergency room sent my prescriptions there for a rather painful eye infection. After leaving the ER we ate lunch (12pm), giving the pharmacy time to fill the prescription. We arrive at the drive thru at 1pm. I give the young woman all.of the information she asks for and the young woman tells me that the prescription is not filled and asked if I would like a call or a text when it was ready. I told her I would like a text. I spent 5 hours waiting for the text before I called them. The automated system asks for my phone #, I speak it and it tells me there's no record of my prescription and doesn't give me an option to speak to a person. Hang up, call back, type in my phone #, still no record, I press 0 and get Daniel. Daniel explains to me that because they didn't have any other insurance on file other than my Veterans, they set it aside. His response to my asking, "In 5 hrs no one thought to call and ask if I wanted to pay the $32 out of pocket?", Was simply "No". I went through this same thing 2 weeks ago at this same location over a $17 prescription, after getting stiches.As I'm driving the 10 mins it takes to get there so I can pick up my prescription I get a text saying it's ready for pick up. When I arrived I was given no Apology for the extreme delay. This is what I've come to expect from this location, from this chain.I'm done with place until they learn how to treat Veterans, people in general. They claim they provide a service. I have yet to see it fulfilled to completion.Kevin M Allen

If I can give a minus 20 I would , rude, disrespectful, gave me the wrong medication and even when I had communicated with pharmacy it was not corrected , went to the pharmacy and accusations started but they do not take accountability for their error they just want to cover themselves don’t even want to release video . Even district manager had not done correct due diligence. 18 years using Walgreens never have I experienced such a horror!!! Playing with peoples health should be punished! Everyone makes mistakes just admit , correct and I should of been fine . Now I had to report to the pharmacy association for investigation, it seems they have done this multiple times, according to the manager they gave a 2 billion dollar lawsuit they are paying on
