This is my 2nd attempt at getting a prescription filled at this pharmacy. I am a retired 100% disabled U.S. Army Veteran and I'm no longer upset that they don't take my insurance. What does infuriate me is their wasting my time. The emergency room sent my prescriptions there for a rather painful eye infection. After leaving the ER we ate lunch (12pm), giving the pharmacy time to fill the prescription. We arrive at the drive thru at 1pm. I give the young woman all.of the information she asks for and the young woman tells me that the prescription is not filled and asked if I would like a call or a text when it was ready. I told her I would like a text. I spent 5 hours waiting for the text before I called them. The automated system asks for my phone #, I speak it and it tells me there's no record of my prescription and doesn't give me an option to speak to a person. Hang up, call back, type in my phone #, still no record, I press 0 and get Daniel. Daniel explains to me that because they didn't have any other insurance on file other than my Veterans, they set it aside. His response to my asking, "In 5 hrs no one thought to call and ask if I wanted to pay the $32 out of pocket?", Was simply "No". I went through this same thing 2 weeks ago at this same location over a $17 prescription, after getting stiches. As I'm driving the 10 mins it takes to get there so I can pick up my prescription I get a text saying it's ready for pick up. When I arrived I was given no Apology for the extreme delay. This is what I've come to expect from this location, from this chain.I'm done with place until they learn how to treat Veterans, people in general. They claim they provide a service. I have yet to see it fulfilled to completion.Kevin M Allen

MIL had out patient surgery this morning. Prescription was called in for antibiotic's and pain meds. Went to pick up meds around noon. They said they didn't have prescriptions that were supposedly called in by dr. Gave them paper prescriptions. Neighbor went to get meds later in the day. Antibiotic was ready, other was not. My husband and I went in at 6pm to get pain medication as MIL was in pain. We were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later to be told, " I guess we can try to fill it now." Like what in the world!! We had to wait in the store for another 15 minutes for them to fill it. I will never use this store EVER AGAIN!!! Get it together Sebring Walgreens!!!!

I used to love Walgreen's pharmacy but this store is completely unacceptable. You can talk to a tech on the phone regarding a prescription and get different answers depending on who you talk to.The wait time can be long, especially for older people standing in line with dsabilities. They don't have enough help. In the winter there can be loads of people in line and someone at the counter can have a problem and be there for ten or fifteen minutes. I wish walgreens was not the preferred pharmacy for my insurance.

The service in this store is horrendous. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. It takes forever to get them on the phone. I have no further patience for their incompetence. I would rather have a tooth pulled than rely on them to get a prescription filled.

The pharmacist that "helped" me was easily the most rude person I've ever encountered. I'm traveling for work and brought in my prescription to get refilled as it is a daily need for me. She rudely turned me away with a glare in her eyes as if I was a druggie or drug dealer saying " the pharmacist will NOT fill this prescription" in my confusion is simply asked why and was told "because you're not from around here and have never refilled from us before". Forgive my ignorance if I'm missing something obvious, I have yet to do any research for accuracy on her statements but the level of rudeness was unparalleled. I never written a review, before but felt compelled after this experience.

Very unprofessional rude. The pharmacist and the lady counter clerk at the register. I will change my business of buying my Prescriptions to a reputable store. I would offer this review as warning to others doing business at Walgreens north Sebring fl.

I went in for passport photos and it was quick and easy. The associate was very nice and helpful. I also purchased a few items and the cashier was super nice.

Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 7:15pm, The Latina woman who works in the Walgreens (3619 US-27 S Sebring, FL 33870) pharmacy named Arianna was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. That's completely unacceptable under any circumstances- I wasn't rude to her, did not use any profanity or anything like that. I called to ask about the status of my prescription because Walgreens sent me a text message saying they didn't have my medication in stock, and had to order it. When I called she told me she would not order my meds until I brought in my insurance card. I asked why wasn't that in the text message that was sent the other day- I could have brought my insurance card in that day and would have gotten my medicine earlier. Shortly there after, she got frustrated and slammed the phone down

Fast service. Order online and pick up in an hour or so. I use their service often to capture great cellphone pics and shared.
