When I went here last they had shut down because the clerk thought there was a gas leak. I'm giving this place a 5 star rating though because the woman was super awesome and redirected all of us like a champ. I'll be back!

The employees really need to get it together! Smh so terribly unorganized and unprepared!!! I understand being short staffed or whatever as I have worked in retail and customer service myself, but come on guys get it together! People have places to go, they don't have time to wait! I go there to get a(nother) pick-me-up, one for today and one for tomorrow, then I see they have an iced coffee machine so I decide to try that. They apologize and say their slurpee machine is down, I politely say it's okay and ask if they have iced coffee. Then they check to see if they have any HOT coffee made, when I asked for ICED coffee! Being on a limited schedule, I just go grab 2 Celsiuses. They don't have my favorite peach mango flavor, so I second but least favorite flavor raspberry acai. I go to the register and decide to get a kind bar as it would be a nutritious snack, rather than eating fast food at work. The lady at the counter is doing paperwork, says she'll be right with me, scans the kind bar first, it doesn't give a price so she says one moment, let me go check the price. Seriously?! And it's already 4:30 and I have to be at work. So I just left the line and went straight to work. Seriously people at the 7-eleven store next to Zaxby's, get it together!!!!!

Never had a problem with the employees, but I can paint a great picture of what to expect when you go there. Once you make it in the store, after being swarmed by homeless crack/meth-heads, you'll notice that it isn't the cleanest. The hotdog rolling machine has never been cleaned, and the icee machine is completely out of order. Typically, there will be a low income person spending 20 minutes at the counter playing the lotto, holding up the line because there's only one employee. The diesel pump filter is completely clogged so it'll take a good 45 minutes to fill your vehicle. I feel bad that the employees have to work in that type of environment... I've been in their shoes so I understand. The store is poorly managed, understaffed, and unsafe.

The cashier this afternoon was THE worst.First, I had to wait for her to finish her personal call. Then she caught an attitude with me because I made a mistake. Totally embarrassed me. Void the sale and WILL NEVER go there again.

Lady messed up and put someone elses gas on my station i was paying in change so i was only getting like 3 dollars in gas. My boyfriend was on his phone pumping gas and didn’t realize it was at almost 10 she tried to make me pay it when i was trying to get a cheap dollar tea and two pack of gars. Tried to make me feel bad because she had to pay out of pocket for her mistake. Had a line and embarrassed me in front of everyone.

the front register lady was having an attitude and was giving mean looks and being very passive aggressive and tried over charging for an item that is $3 and tried making me pay $17.82. after i said no and asked for the price tag she wouldn’t tell me the real price and started to raise her voice at me. She’s a way bigger girl that’s white with black hair.

I went in to get a powerball ticket and the clerk is on his cellphone. I ask for two tickets and his pants our below his hips. I dont want to see your dirty boxer which is disgusting and Im a guy. Is this what we have to look forward to next couple years and people want to get paid 15.00 an hr.
