Annette was wonderful. She explained the loan guidelines for my prepaid card that no other retailer ever explained before and it to helped me understand the problems I was having. I was able to complete my transaction with her help. She is amazing and has extremely wonderful customer service.

Went to ace to cash a personal money order and had Annette help me. She is amazing and super nice! (great conversationalist and funny haha) She stayed on the phone with the company to verify (although she was on the phone for a little min) she was happy to do so and help us out.
