Normally, the Ace employees will check down the aisles seeking to assist customers. This day, they(3) huddled down the main aisle, talking among themselves and watched the customers walk buy. One other employee did stop to assist. This may have been a off day when the owner, manager or supervisor was not around. If it was not for the one attentative helpful hardware person, I could have mistakingly thought I was at Walmarts.

Ace is still the place. Convenient and they're always ready to help. I'm thankful today for the management team to help me work through a return issue. They are courteous while explaining their return policy. Overall a good experience.

I had an over the phone issue and let me say Ive never had such a wonderful and helpful experience as I did with Mike. I had a leaking faucet and Mike helped me get it fixed. I will most certainly be using Ace from now on they really go the extra mile. Thank you Mike I look forward to meeting u in the future 😀

An easier alternative to Home Depot and they have tons of stuff. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy parking and access. I love this place.

5 Stars – Quick, Easy, and Reliable!
When my AC suddenly broke during a heatwave, I was in a panic trying to find the part I needed. Thankfully, my local Ace Hardware came through! I placed an online order for pickup, and within five minutes it was ready to go. When I arrived, the pickup process was incredibly smooth—I was in and out in under three minutes. The staff was friendly, efficient, and everything was exactly as expected. I’m so grateful for how fast and easy the whole experience was.
If you need a part in a pinch, I highly recommend checking Ace Hardware first. They saved the day!
