These people do not know anything about vehicles do not attempt to give them a call for they will just put you on hold without even asking you. These are Spanish thugs,and I’m Latino but these are thugs,go and find out for yourself. They should work at a golf cart store and still I’m sure their knowledge is lack there of. Especially the guy who thinks blinker fluid is a real thing,and how did he get put into a managerial position. His name is Valentin,and the Valentine thugs! The whole time there’s a full store and he’s flirting with a woman taking his sweet time not acknowledging and other customer,this is not a night club to where you pick up women it’s a auto parts store. This guy is arrogant and should be demoted if not fired cause he knows nothing call and ask him a question,and you’ll begin to see he should work at the bumper cars ride at the Fl State Fair. Fire him and his thugs!

I am not ignorant about what I was looking for but they would have NEVER KNOWN.Not only was I NOT greeted.I spent 20 yes 20 minutes in there researching and NOBODY SAID A WORD to me.Just to think I was all excited to get my detail stuff from there.Nevermind??????????

I love this place. It smells of axel grease and perseverance. No quitters here. These guys get the job done. They deliver quality parts to do it yourselfers, who rather get dirt under their fingernails than waste money paying someone else to crawl under their sweet ride. Great products. Good selection. Excellent customer service. Friendly clientele. Good prices for the market average price based on remarkable values across the automotive industry.

Stopped here on Saturday 08/12 and met Walter. He went above and beyond to help myself and daughter in law out. We made it home safely and with everything in the truck still inside. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. 5+ stars for Walter and this Advance Auto Parts. Thank you Walter for all your help and Kindness.

Today I went into Advanced Auto Parts in Seffner having trouble with my battery. Walter was the best and so helpful! He tested my battery and helped me look for what I needed at the best price. He was also able to locate someone with a computer to help reset my vehicle because it was a VW. Highly recommend!! Thanks again! Nicole
