Tim and team did a great job on my truck. I emailed three or four other shops before this and nobody would even reply back to the work I wanted done. Tim took care of it all and did it for a great price. Had door handles and mirror caps painted and he cut my fenders to install vents for me. Couldn't be happier.

Truth be told I've know the guy that owns this shop for over a decade now and he has worked on almost all of my cars. From completely customizing one vehicle to collision damages on others and even just small issues from day to day life and road hazards, this shop never lets me down. Every single time I know I can trust this shop. I hardly ever have to ask questions. They are so informative and keep me in the loop about everything. They have always treated me beyond respectfully. I have referred numerous people to them and will continue. They always do amazing work and I'm consistently impressed.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! If I could rate this a ZERO star I would! I paid for work in advance and the work was never done. I was told by the owner, Tim, that his employees quite and he didn’t have anyone to work on my car. He still owed me money for work and now he says he keeping it for storage fees. Why should I pay storage fees when my car sat there because you didn’t have any help? My car did not sit there because of none payment from me!

My car was involved in an accident and they left my car like I bought it brand new, I've been to different body shops and they assured me that they would be able to fix it, unlike the other ones I visited. They were professional, trust-worthy, and straightforward.Services: Painting

We hired this company to do a complete vehicle paint job, and the end results were absolutely horrendous to say the least. When paying over $10k for a paint job you expect to have great results, unfortunately the results here were closer to a Macco paint job.Much of the prep work was not even done properly, small dents, rust holes left not even sanded but painted over, I could open the door jam and press on the paint in areas and the new paint would crack!The vehicle is now being fixed & re-painted properly at another body shop at our expense!When I mentioned to the owner Tim to deduct the cost to fix everything they did incorrectly he cursed me out to my face.I would not suggest using this company at all.Services: Painting

Tim & his team have done work on 2 of our cars and my motorcycle. Flawless , honest, fairly priced and on time. Never 1 time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Sometimes damage is hidden and cannot be seen during the estimate. They immediately notified us and gave us a couple options. On our way back with our daughters car today ! Don't listen to the BS reviews they are friends of 1 person. Most have never had work done by AK.

I brought my cracked carbon fiber wing here to get it fixed and put on and it looks basically like it was never even damaged. They also installed it without much trouble even though it didn’t come with any instructions. I’m so happy it’s finally on.Was referred from Instagram by another Veloster owner and I would make the drive out again if I ever need anything else repaired.

I took my car to Tim for a few body repairs including a spot of rust on the hood. Received a call that the job was completed and car was ready for pick-up. While walking around the car with Tim, I noted that there was as paint run on the hood at the rust repair. Tim looked at the defect, looked at me and said nothing. Since I rode the bus over and had no way to easily get back home, took the car with the caveat that I would need to come back later to have the paint run wet sanded and buffed out. Returned about two weeks later and to my shock, Tim told me in fact he knew that the paint run we had both looked at was actually the rust repair which had already started to bubble back even before he even called me to come pick up the car! What more needs to be said about the integrity of a man and a business that would take a customer's money for work known to be defective. Even more outrageous, he then offered to repair the rust second time for more money. Don't buy the hype on Tim's web site, stay away.

I bought my cutlass supreme to Tim and the team at Alternative Koncepts in bad shape with a vision to bring it back.And they were able to bring that Vision I had to life. During Each stage/phase of what they were doing they not only informed me of what was being done but also educated me as well on what was being done and why it was being done, I really appreciated that . They were fast, energetic, motivated, informative, funny and professional! I’m a happy customer! If you want quality work done I would highly recommend Alternative Koncepts.

I had a great experience with AK! Tim was very informational and helpful. Christina is friendly but business- minded. Briana was very responsive to my calls and messages . I paid more than first expected... but my car (as it turns out) had more damage than first thought. glad I was introduced to AK... very trustworthy.

I had a unpleasant, uncomfortable and untrustworthy experience with Alternative Koncepts. While dropping my car off another customer was going back-and-forth with the shop owner about payment issues similar to the experience that I had. Off the bat That should’ve gone up as a red flag however I trusted the owner and thought that the customer just had a misunderstanding.
