I've only eaten at Arby's a couple of times before. We were headed to Orlando and stopped at this location to refill. Went inside and decided to order a beverage and a sandwich. The really friendly cashier that took our order was so sweet and explained the difference between the cheddar beef and what went on their fish sandwich. She was so professional and patient with my little one. The sandwiches were good but this particular employee made our day brighter. I asked her name and I believe she said Brianna. I will visit this location again to see her cheerful smile. This world needs more young people like her.

I was here the other evening. Service was pretty quick considering how busy they were at the time. Apparently they were out of some items that other customers wanted, but the manager and employees were working hard and doing their best to work around that. I have no complaints. I was able to sit at a table and relax and enjoy my meal.

Worst Hamburger we have ever had. My co drivers food was all wrong, they would not make them right, wanted us to pay again to do there job right the second time! How about you just do your job right the first time. Then we can all have a great day. Thank you. God Bless.

I went here at 7:59pm the sign was lit up. Nobody said anything so I pulled up to the window and knocked on the glass. Nobody answered. I could see them inside and when I knocked on the window it moved. So I opened the window and hollered hello. The sign also said they were open to 10pm. Well the hollering hello made someone mad. They came over hollering at me they were closed and slammed the window shut. Crazy ? people. Probably overworked and underpaid. I have had issues before here but this was crazy town

Stopped in around 6:30pm, drive thru closed, very inconvenient...buisness was very slow, counter person kept trying to rush me, every time I order one thing, he kept trying to close me out, didn't even wait to give me order and food options, while preparing my large order, staff was splashing and squeegeeing water, pulling out equipment, in which I saw really disgusting stuff underneath.I observed the staff preparing my food bare handed, with no gloves. When I got home, several items were missing. After seeing how the food was handled, I was glad the drive thru was closed, I saw how they handled it without food safety in mind. I regret paying and not just walking out. After calling about the missed items, they stated that it could not be refunded. After spending almost $60.00 for an incomplete order, and mishandled food, without any handwashing before or after touching everything, this has to one of the worst experiences in fast food at a fairly expensive cost...BEWARE!!!!!!

They took their sweet old time to take the order. Ordered Greek Gyro meal.. With curly fries. Gyro was ok although the tzatziki sauce was meagre. Curly fries were good.. He said medium drink and charged for it and when he gave the cup, it was size small, as clearly only the small lid fit. Charged me almost $13 for a measly lunch.. Outrageous..!! Service was bad. Cheated on the drink..!Parking: The drive through was closed and had to go in.. The main parking lot was all full, as this is inside a gas station and had to park way out on the side.

Beware. Lots of sketchy people around and very poor service. The fact that it’s in Seffner (methner) should’ve been my first and only red flag needed but we were hungry and just wanted to eat. Walked in the place to find a couple random people just lurking around. Not ordering, not working, just lingering about and was very uncomfortable. After being ignored for the first couple minutes, toothless wonder finally walked over to take my order with an attitude, Like he was upset that I am buying food?! We get our food and of course, it’s wrong. Ask for an exchange and little to my surprise, wrong again! At this point I am very agitated from the creeps in the store and the horrible customer service, I just took the food and left. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

I love this location. They desperately need online ordering. Drive through was quick, but inside was not. I had a payment issue that took almost 20 minutes. They remade my food for me, although it was my fault for the wait. I can't say enough about the crew

To make a long story short. A customer sitting down had an ingredient in his sandwich that he asked to be taken off (arbys) and said something to one of the Popeyes girls. His English wasn’t very good so I’m sure there was a language barrier. Popeyes manager (old white woman) said ‘can you not read? That is a Popeyes employee and you shouldn’t be talking to her’. Again, this man barely speaks English. Then a female worker with twists on her head said ‘this is the arbys way and not your way’. Excuse me but if I don’t want onion on a sandwich….then it actually is done my way. The Only person that was professional was the male manager at arbys. Everyone else should be ashamed. I will never be back to this location. Dios mio.

I've lived near this Arbys for 20+ years and come every so often because I really do like Arby's but the past few years this Arbys really has slipped. Slow service, not professional staff, unorganized and the slightest hint of busyness at this location and its like the staff lose their cool. Owners and management need to put effort back into this location or they gonna lose it.
