So apparently this store is real good at selling you a phone by now there your giveing them your money they don’t want to answer there phone to help with any questions and the customer help line don’t help either waiting to get my fan pin to pay my bill and well customer call the store to get the pin wait for it I call the store for a week straight and guess what no one apparently gets paid to answer the phone you would think that was part of there job 🤷♂️

Honestly, I have to give it one star to be able to leave a review. The store manager has more tricks than Batman's belt. I only had ATT for a week and I have a bill for $400 and there are endless complaints to customer service and no one does anything.

I am so happy that there's a AT&T store here in Seffner. I wanted to upgrade my phones and didn't want to travel far. This location was great the employees were nice and friendly. They answered all my questions. Peter the manager even walk us out afterwards very professional wow!

The absolute worst manager guy ever.. Josh is a rude know it all wanna be cool guy. Said my bill was going to be one price and it came in over $200.00 with no reason or help to understand why he just said it would balance out .. it never did and we cancelled. Terrible place to do service stay away. Drive a few extra miles to a different location or do business somewhere else.

Joshua was amazing, we’ve had an issue with several other other AT&T stores. Frustration caused me to want to cancel my contract not even pay it possibly. Joshua helped graciously he was professional. This is definitely the best store to come to from Jacksonville North Carolina down to Bradenton Florida. I have not received service from anybody at any store ever in several years with AT&T. Thank you Joshua so very very much.! My wife, Vanessa and I are so graciously appreciative of you Joshua and your staff. Especially you sir. My kids appreciate it also as they all have phones through AT&T.I am curious why this level of professionalism isn’t given from every manager that I’ve run into the stores asking for help!Derek C
