I will leave as a store manager very kind. Help me to find the right part and waited for me until I got to the store to get my car repair after hours stayed in 15 minutes after we need more people like this dedicated to their jobs. it is a true example of a great employee. He deserve a raise and a In some type of certificate of recognition of employee of the year, God bless him and all AutoZone stores they have the parts we need on a great price

I walked into the store, I saw three Employees talking amongst themselves. I decided to go look for an item myself. Once I could not find it, I went back to the front register to ask someone to help me. But there was no one to be found, I called out, hello 3 times at my loudest voice. No answer. Eventually, a young girl looked like she was maybe on 17 or 18 walked through the door with a customer. But to find out the other two employees were also outside one was helping the other put something onto her vehicle. That she had
Just purchased at her store. I told the young girl that I had been calling out and she didn't even respond to me. .She ignored me so i decided to just walk out of the store. And went to advanced auto down the road. They are hiring immature and Irresponsible. children to work at these stores, It just doesn't make any sense.

Seffner AutoZone---- I've been going there since it opened awesome customer service but these past couple of years have been the worst a suckfest I avoid going there and I live a mile away I just go to another one..

Stopped in on Saturday for new wipers, that had just been replaced by another company due to cracked windshield and were not the proper size. We were out of town and had a 17+hour drive home that day. We were greeted by Berto, who immediately helped us in figuring what wipers we needed and replaced the wipers for us. He was super friendly and made sure that everything was done correctly and they were the right fit before we left. Many thanks to Berto!! Hero of the day (cause, in Florida fashion, we needed those wipers shortly after we “got on the road” again)

Joel from Autozone on MLK, in Seffner went above beyond in helping me obtain both a main and an auxiliary battery for my Chrysler van.
