Don't bother to go there, no customer service worth mentioning.Doesn't open til 10:00, no drive through, 1 teller, 1 customer service and 1 not sure what he does, but wears nice shoes . As a stock holder, they need to close this branch. So try to find another Bank of America Branch

Can’t speak for the bank itself because I did not go inside, but Bobby was great! He came outside to greet me and informed me what their business hours were and directed me to the closest open BoA branch.

Refused with no policy citation to accept euros as a component of a deposit.I fully understand that foreign currency must be ordered before hand but have never encountered this level of apathy.Status quo for BofA of late

This branch specifically has refused to cash my checks on 3 separate occasions, because the check was written by another bank. They are so broke they can't risk losing $500 if the check bounces. Please do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. Especially if you need cash, because they have every excuse as to why they CANT give you your own money. Last time I went to cash a check for 10k and they said they didn't have that much cash available. BROKE BEHAVIOR FROM A BANK!! I'm going back to Suncoast. Banking here has shown me how much I took my CU for granted.

The branch manager it should be change since he does not know what is to statisfied the clients. Requested a transaction history with a stamp for a loan and refused to do it once the bank down the row was able to do it. His excused was that they would not do that in that location. Mr Branch manager you have to follow instruction and guidelines that Bank of American has. You're not the owner o a board member to please your self denying peoples request! Find another career if you're not happy with yours!

Horrible customer service, no sense of urgency, suit walking around with an iPad incapable of preforming any customer service except to schedule an appointment at a later date-waste of money. Long, long time customers denied a 10 minute service because they didn’t have an appointment. ONE customer in the lobby at 2:00 pm. They don’t answer phones at this location so no way for an elderly person to schedule an appointment if they don’t use computers. One in a walker and the other in a wheelchair and couldn’t get out of the car. RUN, RUN FROM THIS PLACE. The epitome of big corporation that could are less about customers.

Only two tellers actually working everyone else just walking around and staring. no team work there that's why lines are always so long and the wait is terrible!

I can’t stand Bank of America it takes him 5 to 7 days for any of my transactions to go through and then I end up overdrafting because of them I’m so freaking done I’m finding somebody else to bank with. They also charge you monthly if you don’t keep over $2500 in your account during the whole entire month

There’s a long wait time always and only one teller besides there’s more people working in the bank sometimes you catch them talking each other without care about customers bad service, at all\ Only good thing is they have clean inside otherwise I’ll prefer not to stop in this branch I’ll better drive to parsons in front of Brandon hospital

I saw many bad reviews, but believe me, in this place you will get very quick and efficient service. I've visited this branch couple of time for financial services, all the time I've been addressed very quickly and all my requests has been completed very promptly. Jose guided the process and helped me very well about all my financial queries.
