KRYSTAL R IS A BAD SALES PERSON SHE CONVINCED ME TO GET THE SALE AMD PROMISED ME TO TRANSFER EVERYTHING WHEN SHE FINISHED WITH MY SALE A CUSTOMER CAME IN SHE LEFT ME AND WENT TO HIM SAYING SHE CANT HELP ME LIKE SHE PROMISED' I WENT TO THE CRICKET IN DOVER IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS THEY GOT ME MY INFORMATION
THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RECOMMENDED, AND KRYSTAL IS A LYING PERSON

I have one MAJOR complaint with this company. What I would like to know is, IF I GO TO THE STORE TO PAY MY BILL (normally I do auto-pay through my bank), WHY IN THE HELL DO I GET CHARGED $5.00 EXTRA WHEN I AM COMING STRAIGHT TO THE COMPANY MY PHONES ARE THROUGH (AND IF YOU CAN’T TELL, I AM YELLING IN CAPS)?

Julio at the store in Mango is phenomenal! Being a sr Citizen some.of the new technology is hard for me.to.navigate. But no matter the question or concerns, he takes the time to explain and show me how to do it! He is a definite asset to Cricket Wireless and an excellent Ambassador for your organization

The girl that helped me and there was quite knowledgeable on what I needed to do to fix my phone unfortunately she wasn't able to do it because I need to use customer service and talk to them on fixing it it's an internal problem

I came in and needed help with my cricket app and chanelle did a phenomenal job amd had a lot of patience. I really appreciated how calm she was and how dhe didnt rush the process. She did so great i would recommend that she gets a raise!! Great customer service 10 stars if i could. Thank you chanelle.
