Great inventory and prices! Most of the other vape shops I go to don’t carry things that I want to try. This place carries hard to find stuff like quad coils and RTA/RDA tanks, and for great prices. Definitely the place to go to if you’re looking for something specific

This is the ONLY place I go now for anything vape related. There are a lot of reasons why. The ONLY negative is they won't put out a tip jar. They really deserve it! Exceptional service. "Custom Vapors" fits- they treat you like you are their only customer and the whole store is built just for you.I write too much... Top 4 Reasons they are the BEST-#1 STAFF#2 DELICIOUS PERFECTED BLENDS W/ NUMEROUS OPTIONS#3 ENVIRONMENT#4 QUALITY & VARIETY OF PRODUCTS#1 STAFFTheir staff is just the best. I am probably a pain as a customer. I am picky but indecisive and pretty ditzy. (Sorry to everyone in customer service.) I forgot my credit card and he ran it out to my car. The staff is patient with me and helps me to figure out and remember what I want. Now, as soon as they see me, they greet me kindly and ask me if I want the same thing (reminding me of all the flavors, levels and size of my favorite blend) which they have memorized, but I don't.#2 DELICIOUS PERFECTED BLENDS W/ NUMEROUS OPTIONSThey blend custom juice and salts for every customer. They do it right there in front of you giving you every option! And the flavor selection is already huge, so blending makes it truly infinite choices. And they are DELICIOUS! If you don't like it- they will change it until you get it right. And if you need inspiration, they have a menu of different blends. They named one "unicorn vomit" So cute! I don't know what coil I need or what tank size or anything else... But they do! :). They are truly so much fun to do business with.#3 ENVIRONMENTThe set-up is excellent. Lots of places to relax and vape and try out your new stuff. They even have a kids area away from the bar. And I think that's cool. They keep candy for them. And the decor is really engaging. You can get lost just looking around at everything. I love being greeted by the skeleton!#4 QUALITY & VARIETY OF PRODUCTSThey have a lot of CBD products. Not the fake generic blah... They have really solid products and lots of them. It's strange to say- but I think it's really family friendly. It is a really fun but relaxing environment. I love this store.

Cool Vape Shop!!! Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable girl there with majestic blue eyes!!! Very Open with Tons of Smoking Accessories and Vaping Accessories!!! Changed my coil in my vape and saved all of my juice for just the price of a coil!! Very reasonably priced and i would recommend this to everybody in Tampa to try some custom flavors and mixes!!!

**Update** I’m impressed with the new owner Josh who has made vast improvements and managed to pull the best of the original crew back together! New products every time I go in!I have been a customer for the last year and have been completely satisfied each and every time I go in there. Very polite and knowledgeable staff ready to serve your vaping needs. With over 3000 flavors to choose from my most favorite is Mel’s coffee! I would recommend this place to anyone who Vapes or has CBD oil needs for themselves or their pets.

Custom vapes has always been my go-to vape shop. I won't ever go to another shop unless it's an emergency. Great products. Excellent customer service. Always. They treat you like your family. They give every customer the time and attention needed. They dont rush you through your visit if you need help or information. Now, the shop has changed a little and it's even better than before! They have so many new great products! The new owner is really doing some amazing things with the shop ! My whole family likes to go with me on my vape shop runs now. I recommend this shop to everyone I talk to about vape/smoke products.
