This place always gets my prescriptions ready fast and are open late. Even when I had an issue with my prescriptions not going through I just logged into the app and sent a message. 10 minutes later Melissa called me and told me it would be ready soon. I got a text in under an hour that they were ready. I've been going here for a little over a year now and never had any issues a phone call couldn't resolve quickly.

This is one of the worst pharmacies that I ever dealt with. Every time I call I have to leave a call back voicemail. I never get a return phone call. I have transferred all my prescriptions away from this pharmacy to Publix. I will never deal with prescriptions at this pharmacy again!

Terrible service!! If you are going to pick up a medication, just be ready to spend at least 50 minutes in the line. Plus, the cashier, a young girl with kind of gray highlights, is very rude. I’m changing my medications to a different location.
Omgosh, awful service!

The CVS is 24 hours most people don’t realize that almost all Medicaid patients have to go to CVS or Walmart, which is far worse and your prescriptions are barely ever in stock. 😒 They are trying their absolute best and are completely swamped people comparing them with wait times compared to Walgreens could not be done. They’re not as busy because they don’t accept a Medicade and not just Medicade, but a vast amount of insurance companies aren’t covered at places like Publix and Walgreens CVS is the only alternative not only that they must stay open 24 hours just to accommodate all of you customers which keeps them completely swamped, by customers. I think they do the best they can with the time that they are given they’re trying to train good staff and taking the time to train them so they’re able to handle situations properly, which are definitely more important when it comes to handling people‘s medication’s,. I see complaints on here like people are cursing, waiting at the line of McDonald’s. McDonald’s is fast food medication is a life and death situation. Employees have to be trained. Properly procedures have to be done.
Properly in laws are constantly updated that make it harder for them to do their jobs in a quicker fashion due to safety, but they are all constantly running around doing all the steps needed just to get you your medication. If you don’t know the responsibilities regarding the job you shouldn’t speak on them .I’ve sat there sometimes for an hour or so waiting, but I’ve always noticed them working their hardest . The pharmacist were constantly being pulled in multiple directions . There’s also availability to write a message direct to the pharmacy about a specific medication recently some of my medications have not been able to be in stock and I’ve had to have other ones prescribed to me that aren’t covered by my insurance like today for example and it’s not just out of stock literally all over the state of Florida and to fix it the pharmacist at CVS also, today I had questions I needed to call back a lovely employee named MELISA helped me. She gave me a call back, explained everything to me and even listen to the questions I had and gave extremely good answers. She had real professionalism was extremely knowledgeable and very understanding to my position as a former manager who has ran over six locations with hundreds of employees I can tell you that many of the employees at the CVS are trying their hardest. They are overwhelmed, with clientele and medication’s and the new laws that were recommended this year with insurance companies and Medicade. Everything takes 10 times longer than it used to most people go to the CVS because they are 24 hours because they do except insurance is like Medicade maybe you should spend less time talking trash about the ones who are supplying your medicines for you every day just so your life can be a bit better and you get what you need but don’t forget delivery companies limitations on medication’s, etc. are not the pharmacist fault CVS doesn’t discriminate they do the best they can with what they’re given. I’ve had to wait before too, but you know what they always came and checked on me and if people generally have a problem with customer service it’s hard to give it when you’re sitting in your car maybe you should get your lazy ass up and go inside
As her supposedly being understaffed, like I said while waiting to pick up my prescriptions, I have seen them training other people which means the pharmacist has to stop what they’re doing to make sure this person learns how to do it correctly handling medicines is a great responsibility and takes a lot of time care and training but it’s better everyone’s doing the best they can sometimes I think people forget that positive reinforcement goes further than negative reinforcement keep up the great work Melisa 💕luv Melissa✌🏻😁

I usually only show up one day a week, and late into the night, but I always have to wonder who cleans the one restroom in the building. 😒

I called in early some days ago during the day about a product I was looking for, wasn’t much help so I went in to find it for myself and the employee named Caden helped me find what I was looking for fairly quickly but they were out, he was still very helpful unlike the people on the phone.

On the drive-through second time they did this to me. I am on the left on the main window waiting and they serving people on the right side after me. I asked them why they do that. They yelled at me every time the same black lady. Terrible customer service. When she asked me what you need I told her I need my prescription. She said loud. I don’t have nothing ready for you when I explain to her that the doctor told me to come back in 40 minutes then she go and grab it so she tried to lie to me

I’ve attempted twice to leave a voice message to have a call back to obtain pharmacist advice. Both times the phone calls got disconnected in the middle of leaving my messages. CVS doesn’t seem to take live calls and the voice message option wasn’t working properly this morning. I don’t look forward to calling CVS.

You can’t get anyone on the phone to talk to you have to wait an hour for somebody to get back to you not everybody has that amount of time to wait people do work

This location in particular has the rudest people working at the pharmacy. Unbelievable. It's amazing that people can get paid to be rude while their customers are doing nothing but being polite to them. Whoever the gentleman was that didn't State his name tonight at 5:38 p.m. 2/2 has zero customer service skills.

I love CVS. What I HATE is that you can't contact the pharmacy. You go through a bunch of numbers to then getting a voice mail. And they NEED TO UPDATE their system. I picked up my meds a few weeks ago and they're still sending me messages DAILY saying my prescription is ready for pick up. I went to pick up another prescription last month and when I got home I had the same prescription I had pick up a few days before. I live far and couldn't go back to return them. It's annoying. ?
