Please tell me what is the sense of having Amazon prime, when my pkgs say they are out for delivery and end up staying in the Seffner facility which is 35 minutes from my address, for 4 -5 more days. I can't pick them up, Why in God creation can't it be put on the next days delivery, why should I wait for DAYS!!! THIS IS THE THIRD TIME. YOUR FACILITY SUCKS. Get more help, or get people who know what the Frick is going on.

If I could give this place zero stars I would I had a 2 deliveries that were supposed to be here yesterday March 3rd and they left the Seffner facility at 11:15 in the morning yesterday and now I’m being told that my packages will not be delivered until March 6 or March 7 and I live less than one hour from the facility so please tell me why I have to wait another three and four days for all my packages to get here This is an issue. I’ve been having with this facility for months and yet Amazon doesn’t do shit about it.

The driver didn't deliver my package said he put it in a secure location can't find it anywhere even ask my neighbors to no help very very disappointed

What is the meaning of all of this!? Smh.. I needed that package today. What sense does it make to order a package for same day if it’s not gonna get to me same day… This has never happened to me before but this is the first time a package for me is coming through this location. This is hella sloppy! DO BETTER!!!!!!!

I was treated incorrectly, as a candidate for the Amazon dsp9 job offer, I showed up to take Training in this Dsp7 and I was not allowed to use my translator, nor was I allowed to use the translation of the page where the training is taking place and where I had to take the knowledge exam, it is considered unfair and discriminatory, since the same program has a tab where you can choose the language of your preference, no company has dared to do so much, if you are Hispanic and do not speak English and you intend to go there, I recommend you do not waste time, they are discriminating against us

Multiple times i have ordered packages for same day delivery. They either arrive late or not at all. If i order it for same day delivery i expect it same day delivery unless there are special circumstances like a huge storm. Packages say they are out for delivery from this facility and never make it to my house. Lazy drivers and poor management
