Long line inside , clerk just goes and closes , person in office did not even get off his butt to see if he could help anyone . Just proceeded to play on his computer

I will never bank with 5/3 again. I closed my account out and a month later they charged me a $7 annual then charged me fees on the $7 . Now they are claiming I owe them $137 on a $7 charge when I had an inactive account. Go to sun coast because 5/3 is robbery!!

Tried to cash a check...Called but they dont answer the phone. Website says 1% fee with a $24 maximum. Got there and the branch said the fee is $39! These people are criminals and use deceptive practices.
