I am very sad that Derrick McNeal is no longer at the seffner branch. He was a great financial advisor/ representative. My banking experience was still fast and courteous as always when I have to go inside. I have never had any of the customer care problems that I have been reading in the reviews I do not believe that GTE would tolerate that kind of behavior to their customers, not when it is so easy to change banks. Try the Seffner branch for those having issues if you are local.

I had several questions about a specific type of account I needed to open. Elice Acosta was extremely helpful. Elice gave me a list of the documents I needed to open this account. Elice, was patient, knowledgeable, but most of all she is professional. I left the credit union feeling pleased with the treatment I received today.
