This shop talk about they customers, I put my phone on translate on Siri just as sure the owner was talking bout me I came in she told me I had to make appointment when one day I came in with a friend we didn’t have appointment, I only wanted a fill in because the people I go to I didn’t feel like driving over there, went there the owner was talking about me and told me I needed appointment I didn’t get rude hearing they talked about me and didn’t let them know my translator was on I just walked out I see why they don’t have a lot of business bad customer service skills they not really good anyway I just needed a quick fill in for a event. But went to nail spa down the street in Winn Dixie plaza and they got me right and was very nice and I tip them 80.00 for good service

My first time here..the atmosphere was great.lynn was just so sweet&kind.just like she has known u forever.the others ladies just as friendly.my pedicure was the best..fantastic job.will be returning

$145 for two deluxe pedicures. Toenails were just okay. Very thick polish and still had extra skin/cuticle around toenails that I removed myself when I got home.

Had full sets done with daughter for sweet 16. Pedicure standard. Eyebrow wax. I was charged literally $255. I was shocked but paid the bill and left immediately. Back from vacation for my daughter's sweet 16, nails didn't hold up, chipped cracked. I had to reshape mine even before we left for trip as the girl who did my nails didn't listen to what I wanted as far as shape or wideness of the nail. Not one person price quoted me anything before anything was done, not at all. 255 dollars for nails and basic Pedicures is robbery, especially when they do not last or look like you asked them to look. Will never go back. Avoid this place at all costs. You can see the reviews all on here about them overcharging literally everyone, and now myself included. 255 bucks!!!!!! That did not include any tip. Never again. Save yourself and your nails, go to a different salon!!!!! Zero stars.

My feet aren’t bad honestly but my nails, ladies, please listen. I used to get my nails done all the time there and they was always under $100 usually they was 80-$90 including brow cost too. I spent on myself $135even for my nails toes and brows, and for my little sister I spent $150. The lady kept asking if the nails looked fine as she was filing, I’ve never had a nail tech file the nail after they was COMPLETELY finished. And after she did that I was left with this. Oh and my brows, honey, my eyes was swollen and red for 2 days after she waxed and finished I was getting up she laid me back down and started plucking, I no joke had tears rolling down my eyes. My toes are fine besides she’s nicked my skin and it’s a cut. Mind you guys I’ve had my set for about 4 days and this is how they look. DO NOT TIP. I paid for 2 sets and 2 ladies was working on us and instead of her handing the other half of the tip over for the other lady like I said she pocketed everything and mind you ladies do not tip a nail tech if she satisfies you and does a beautiful set then manages to screw it up after it’s completed. I spent $300 total. And my left thumb is so thick and I had to pay for a design because she left a hole and decided to put a heart and glitter over it. I asked for my boyfriends name on my ring finger also and because she has screwed up and it was way past closing time I just wanted to go home. If you get XXXS nails there always a beautiful set. But anything other than that I wouldn’t recommend anybody coming here. Honestly. Oh and before I walked in there was an elderly woman in there and she was finished and left and within 5 mins she was calling back and telling them her nail broke and she turned around to come back and even way after closing time they let her in and the nail techs said this happens all the time. And mind you they will talk about you while your there in there language thinking you don’t understand and the moment you leave. And they are very rude after you leave and that woman was old old literally elderly and the moment she walks out the door there rolling eyes and talking about her and how “this always happens when she leaves here it’s okay we get more money I get to charge more” then they all giggle. Please don’t bring your children or sibling here unless you’re getting super super short nails. The last picture is the picture I showed her I wanted and the first 2 are what I got stuck with

Just to clarify the issues that was done by Amanda Moore, yes I did got a fully refund after my daughter when over and requested it. Second when I had the service done I didn’t have any issue on my toe, so I don’t know where you get the information that my toe was already affected before service. Be trustful and don’t write something that is not true. This took me over a month to fully recover and on top of that I am a diabetic person.
