This is the second year I've come back to the H & R Block in Seffner. Last time I worked with Ms. Brenda and I used her again this time. She's a kind lady that knows her stuff. I will keep returning to this location to work with Ms. Brenda as long as I possibly can!

*** update*** I called the number in comment below and they did nothing NO ANSWER NOTHING. Also I ended up paying $580 for my taxes to be done.
**MIND YOU IVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR 13 YEARS**
Original post**** My appointment was rescheduled for today from last Saturday due to the tax rep having an illness. My appointment was for 12:30pm today I am still I'm sitting here at 1:47pm waiting to be seen for my 12:30pm appointment. I'm not sure how to even rate this after all is said and done I will have spent over $400 to sit here for hours instead of getting in and out because I am NOT a walk in. Get it together. You have one job scheduling clients. AND I JUST SAT FOR OVER AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES AS A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THAT HAD BEEN RESCHEDULED. I hardly ever write bad reviews. This will be number two in the last 12 years.

Great experience! This was my first year with H&RB and using an accountant for my small business taxes. The system they use to file documents and communicate with them is a Breeze. Dawn made me feel very comfortable (I was so nervous to finally work with a CPA lol). If you have a small business it's important to work with an accountant who specializes in them. I'm so happy i was referred to her and the company.

Brenda Stark at H and R Block is excellent, happy,warm, and friendly. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and fast. Her expertise is good on investments, family trusts, estates, and rental property.

I was told by their Master Tax Advisor I didn’t need to file a tax return back in 2020, Now the IRS wants its money Go to IRS. Gov if you want the TRUTH about your taxes This location gets a ???☹️☹️☹️ Check other places before going here???❤️and get Conned I will pray for them, they need it ?. They must have had dishonest people in their ears to act like this,
