We were helped by Gina Robertson and she was the absolute best!! She made the whole process frustration free for us and we were in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend this location and especially Ms. Robertson. Thank you for being accommodating to my two sons as well. They set up a movie and chairs for them as well as water bottles. Thank you!!!

What an ghetto experience. These clowns have no buisness calling themselves tax preparers. They have no clue on how to operate a buisness. Obnoxious so called office supervisor. Wasted 200.00 to have my return done incorrectly. When I complained, they ducked my calls for a month. Corporate also didn't do anything to retify the situation. Avoid this dump at all costs.

I went to Jackson Hewitt for the first time in a long time. And my experience was amazing. Gloria R. helped me with my taxes and I have never been in and out so fast in any other tax place I will def. be returning next year to have them done again. Excellent customer service and she was very patient with me.

My Tax preparer is Gloria Robertson and I travel quite a way to get to her office, but it’s worth it. I pass quite a few tax preparer off ices along the way, but I keep showing up at Gloria’s door, because she’s professional, honest, patient and knowledgeable. All of those qualities, should be enough, but Gloria goes the extra step, because she also makes you feel like you are her only client! Her office mate is also phenomenal, because it’s obvious that they are a team, a strong team and they have each other’s back. That’s why Jackson Hewitt will always be my go to for taxes and that’s why the ride is worth going to Gloria’s door...... Happy Client, Denise
