“After we lost EVERYTHING WE owned from Hurricane Helene we as long time Rooms to go customer's bought alot of furniture for our Rebuilt house. The Shaq recliner is the biggest piece of garbage Ever! I requested a refund but they would only keep swapping out from one squeaky one to the Next! 4 chairs and now I am having stomach surgery and can't even Sit in the chair! Uncomfortable and STILL SQUEAKS! Requested a refund and they just wouldn't call back. So I obviously will not give them another nickel! Avoid Rooms to go. Especially the 1799.00 Shaq Recliner! I am a Google Reviewer and Yelp as well soon I will be letting my experience known! Disabled, retired and broke now thanks for Nothing! UPDATE THEY ALLOWED ME TO SWAP THE BIG SHAQ RECLINER FOR THE SHAQ MUSIC RECLINER. WAY SMALLER AND THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO SWAP BECAUSE I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A LARGE STOMACH SURGERY. BUT THEY FOUND A 90%BLOCKAGE OF MY LAD ARTERY AND I CAN'T HAVE THE STOMACH SURGERY FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS. SO I'M NOW STUCK WITH ANOTHER ONE I CAN'T USE. SHOULD HAVE HAD THE SHAQ RECLINER SWITCHED AGAIN BUT THAT WAS NOT ROOMS TO GO PROBLEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND BRIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.”
