Had an exceptional experience at MetroPCS with Jafar and Kayla. I found myself in a predicament on vacation while far away from home and they really got me through it. I definitely recommend this store and those that work here. There you go

Rude! The female employee is the most rude person I have every encountered in retail! Big time attitude and not helpful at all. This is not the first but it is the last encounter I've had with her. I will never shop or do business with this location every again! How this girl is still employed there tells me she must be a family member because they have done nothing to change the situation with her and they're have been numerous comments and complaints about this location and her attitude. I would leave NO stars if possible. Corporate Metro it is time you became involved as it reflects on your Name and Service.

This location is wonderful for helping with tech support. When I lost all my contacts, they restored them. When I switched devices, they transferred everything over. And so nice about it!
