This store is the best around! No matter what I come in here for the staff go above and beyond to help make sure 125% satisfaction. Thank you O'Reilly staff! You have no idea how much single, Mom's appreciate you. Auto issues are the most worry for me but you guys always help get me back on the road quick.

Visited to do a battery core return - very courteous and friendly staff. Quick in and out. Super nice people! Shows that my previous experiences with this company were limited to just one location.

I had an outstanding experience with Sean at O'Reilly Auto parts shop. He not only expertly identified and replaced my brake light bulb but also refused a tip. Sean's personable and genuine approach made the entire interaction refreshing. His dedication and excellent service make him a valuable asset to O'Reillys.Thank you, Sean, for your exceptional assistance!In contrast, my experience at another location on Hillsborough was less than satisfactory. The employee there couldn't assist me, unsure about which bulb was needed, and was unable to open up the assembly to figure it out. Sean's competence and willingness to go above and beyond at your establishment truly set him apart.

Female cashier, was taking to someone on the cell phone along with talking to someone at the register. Nothing to do with work. Totally ignored my transaction. I left the items on the counter and went next door to Authorize you snooze you lose money?♀️
