We were forced to switch to a different publix. Last week we got pot pies that thawed, then frozen again. Then we got a veggie sub with plastic that had accidentally fallen in there. I did not take a picture, but the manager knows. This week we got maggot infested fruit. Always a surprise. Skip on this location. Old food, low service, but still the same publix high prices.

If you are a Veteran and depend upon your emotional support animal to get around, forget about going into Publix. As soon as my dogs and I entered the store they made it very clear of their new policy to not allow ES Dogs in the store. Therefore they also do not want my business. 11782 E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Seffner, FL 33584

It is probably one of the most run down, Publix stores I have ever been to, I have lived in Seffner/Dover area and shopped there more often than I care to. Sometime I will drive to Plant City or Brandon to avoid going to the one on MLK. Even Winn Dixie remodeled their two stores withing a few miles of each other. Poorly lit, dirty, missing many items I can get at other stores. Deli looks like a bad rod side diner. C'mon Publix. Spend some money fix this place u, r build a new one. Area is growing like crazy. Either grow with us or pack up and leave and make room for another Winn Dixie.

Called to confirm if they had medication in stock even though I am not an established client. They were aware of this from beginning of the call and were helpful without knowing whether I would decide to switch my scripts to them. I chose them as the provider for a specific medication and will decide if to transfer more scripts depending on service.

I have NEVER been to this store when I was not impressed by the employees. I shop Publix even when the price is a bit higher than I would like but then who wants to PAY for ANYTHING? Free would be fine but then how would they ever get the money to pay and retain those great EMPLOYEES?

Always a pleasure shopping at this Publix. The employees are so sweet & helpful. Clean, organized and easy to navigate around. It would be great for them to put one self checkout for a quick item or two.

They are a wonderful neighborhood Publix. Friendly and helpful staff. They are not a supercenter, but still a great place to shop.

Absolutely the worst Publix in the area. There are 9 people in line waiting for a sandwich with only one person working. Everyone else is just walking around the back

Publix had become the leading supermarket in Florida and has since expanded throughout the southeastern United States. They became the leading supermarket by putting a strong emphasis on customer service. They bring the adage "the customer is always right" to new levels. Add to this fantastic BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and that alone makes for a winning combination. Add to this the iconic subs that they make in their deli (affectionately known as Pub Subs) and they become virtually unbeatable. These subs are pretty amazing. I usually go with their Italian sub or their roast beef. Both are excellent and I guess anything you would order at their deli counter would be a winner. I must say that I would definitely recommend this particular location or any Publix, for that matter. I choose to give it five stars for their steps in making sure a visit to a Publix is always a wonderful experience.

I have had several issues with this pharmacy when it comes to my son’s medication. I have had several techs and a pharmacist down right rude. We have been waiting for a prescription my son needs for a week and I while understand supply issues, but there is no need for the attitude and the pure lack of assistance. There are some helpful and friendly staff, but are outweighed by the negative ones. I’ll be changing pharmacies. My last issue before this- the pharmacy would not fill a medication my sons doctor prescribed unless they spoke to the doctor, which I can understand, but the doctor said it was not necessary to speak to the pharmacy. There have been other issues like not running prescriptions properly and delays for medication. I would just like to be able to fill a prescription on time without the grief.

Continued problems with one rx filled monthly. Told one day on file, the next not on file. Advice: on speak to a pharmacist to get proper info.

Very inconsiderate employees, as an African American female I was asked if I was paying for my seafood with EBT. This made me feel like I was being racially profiled and it broke my heart for those people who are using EBT because no one should be embarrassed in that way. When I went to customer service, she was not at all surprised by the employee’s question, instead she leaned in close and whispered “I don’t know if you know this but you can’t buy anything hot on EBT” the folks at this store have no class. How about placing a friendly sign in the areas where hot foods are sold instead of embarrassing customers or making them feel racially profiled.
