Very bad service and when you go to buy a sweet or a bread, it seems that the workers are bothered by serving customers 😡, very disrespectful, I do not recommend going shopping at this Publix and I will make the loudest complaint, directly to the owner of this Publix market.

if i could give this publix no stars i would. terrible BAKERY clerks. rude and clearly don’t know how to represent the company they work for. terrible and i mean TERRIBLE customer service, for example they talk back and raise their voice at customers rather than trying to calmly solve an issue or concern. I came to get a cake not too long ago, i asked if they could put blood spatter on the cake and the lady said they weren’t allowed to. i let her know that it was for my forensics class. she talked back by saying that doesn’t matter and to just take the cake as is. rude. i instead asked her to put the word “forensics” ON the cake. she then procedes to ask me how to spell it. are you serious? i thought common sense was common. i proceed to SPELL IT OUT for her, she then takes 10 MINUTES to put it on the bottom of the cake rather than ON the cake because she said she knew she would keep messing up. the 2 ladies that attended me was an older short lady working in the bakery and an early 30’s lady with piercings and dark black hair. terrible.

WHY IS MY CHICKEN HAIRY CANT FEED IT TO MY 3YR OLD B.S AND WHY ARE THE COOKIES ALWAYS OVER COOKED THE BAKERY AND DELI NEEDS TO EITHER BE REPLACED OR RETRAINED ON FOOD SANITATION COOK TIMES.
