Today, I came in for a cashier's check. I was greeted by teller Jean-Carlo. I walked up and said hello, Jean-Carlo! He told me I was the third person to pronounce his name correctly. He was very nice and friendly. Thank you, Suncoast, for hiring a nice guy with a movie star name. 🌟

I just wanna to give the biggest thanks to Mr Tyrell Pittman-first let me say this employee does not know my background story. He didn’t know that my parents passed away when I was young and that I have absolutely no family down here so I have absolutely no support like I told him it’s just me my kids and got when I got to the branch yesterday I was in full tears. I didn’t know what to do. All I know is that. my payday loan didn’t come back on my account and I didn’t know why as soon as he saw me crying. He just told me everything was gonna be all right that he would take care of everything. My account was overdrawn. $87 and I had to pay rent by the next day not only did he fix my overdrawn account but instead of it being negative he turned it into a positive $87 to make sure that it wouldn’t go negative again not only did he go above and beyond To fix my situation, but he also reminded me that everything will be all right. He turned on gospel music to calm me down and he’s a pastor so I know God sent me to the right person. He told me that he would take care of everything and he did. He helped me get my loan back so that I can pay my rent he helped me to understand to stop worrying that God is always in control. I promise you if there is no one that I want to think more is you Mr. Terrell thank you so much for everything that you did for me. I won’t ever forget it and I will definitely stay with Suncoast credit union for the rest of my life lol but seriously thank you so much thank you you went above and beyond and I had snacks while I was there too lol I just appreciate you and I love my credit union I will never banquet anyone else. God bless you, Terrell and see you next time I come to the branch

the most unprofessional financial institution I've ever dealt with. the employees at incompetent, they make it a slow process to pay with cash.... THEY ARE A BANK!!!! The employee Maddisen was a total diva, with attitude and facial expressions that were not appropriate. she even got into a verbal argument with a supervisor over needing coin change. this place is a joke, do not trust your money with these incompetent individuals.

This is a wonderful establishment!!! You have so many options for your banking needs. You get your debit card on the same day that you open your account. They have extended business hours for financial convenience. Finally, Maribel Martinez was absolutely amazing. She is a wonderful young lady with so much knowledge about this credit union. She has been one of the most helpful individuals I’ve met here in Seffner. She handled all of my banking concerns, set me up with my accounts, and informed me about endeavors I want to pursue in the future with this credit union.

I visited Suncoast on MLK in Sefner FL. For a loan information and Mr. Carmelo Reyes was the customer Representative,and I have to say that by far in the Best customer service I have received. Not only we got the loan but also open 3 Checking accounts for me and my Family. I highly recommend Suncoast and MR Carmelo Reyes. Thank you Carmelo.
