I don't understand all the negativity of reviews here. Always treated with respect and friendly service. Today Nicki was absolutely fabulous and the other teller Ursula just as friendly. Maybe the customers leaving bad reviews don't know what they are doing, having a bad day or just a sense of entitlement like so many in this world. Have patience and be courteous. It goes a long way.

Drive thru service is entirely too slow, , , waiting for 15 minutes to cash a $200 check & they don't service people in the order they arrived.

I was with BB&T when it merged with Truist. I haven't had a single problem. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The drive thru is never packed, which I really like. I'll take a small bank to a large one any day!

My husband and I have been with SunTrust since 2004 with no issues. Now, with Truist, they appear to not know what they are doing as mistakes keep adding up. I attempted to tell what all has transpired but the characters are too many, so I am not able to go into detail. The people at this branch appear to be children left with no supervision. And when I told my husband that BB&T and SunTrust is who this Truist merger is with, my husband laughed and said that was SunTrust's big mistake, to merge with BB&T, and they should have left well enough alone. I wish there was room enough to go into detail but there isn't and I have to leave it at this.

This location Sucks I don't think there is any leadership in this bank or do they understand how a bank in America works.A sweeping business account was established with them and they don't honor there own checks through account holders with money in the account incompetence running ramped up in this heathen market place unprofessional young kids working there ?

Since so many post reviews only when they are mad, thought I would post a positive one. I find all of the associates kind, helpful and call me by name. Brandon always goes out of his way to be pleasant. The only negative I have is the way they respond to fraud. I had to change bank account numbers due to fraud and their system is treating me like a brand new client! They attach a hold to every deposit. Doesn’t seem appropriate for a good business client! But overall, great service!

Truist is a nice bank! They don’t charge you for a lot of fee ! they have free check card to use free checking account! i have been banking with them for 22 years ! They just lack of employees ! Long waiting at the teller ! That is all

Truist has been a nightmare for so many reasons. I've been dealing with fraudulent activity in my bank for literally 4 months, submitted hours of proof and investigation and no one although I've called so many times has bothered to return a phonecall or go thru my evidence at any level. They took back out all the false charges that they originally gave back leaving me completely abandoned by my bank. I feel so disappointed and let down by my bank that I truly dont know where else to turn.

Went to get some money out of atm at this branch the machine said being updated at this time that was about 11:00 am why not updated after midnight or later Trusit bank has got worst then Suntrust.

I was really happy with SunTrust and this branch. Not only has the Truist merger been an absolute disaster in all ways and lowered customer service expectations overall, but this branch must now be the worst example of it. There is literally one person there who seems to know what he's doing, and he's not the manager. The manager, Darlene, apparently can't deal with the slightest amount of stress, thinks no matter how rude she's being that if she says "sir" she's being polite, and has literally hung up on me while in the middle of answering her question after interrupting me to tell me she's too busy to finish the conversation. *click* The branches no longer have any authority over anything since this merger and the outsourced corporate call center is a joke, but if you insist on dealing with a branch I highly, highly recommend you find a different one. In fact, don't even bother. Find a whole new bank. I certainly am. Darlene and her disrespect are the last straw in a huge pile of straws for me.

I haven't visited a local branch however my frustration is with "Truist" overall. The Suntrust and BB&T merger has been a nightmare for online banking. The Truist app is horrible. I can never get a check deposited using the app as it always crashes. I've called several times and after holding as long as I could "not once" have I gotten anyone on the phone. What gives? If possible I'd give this organization negative 5 stars!!!

the BB&T and SunTrust merger has been an absolute organization nightmare for this branch. they never have any change (rolled or otherwise) available for local businesses.the Trust location on Bloomingdale never has a change problem so it can't be the mythical "coin shortage" excuse anymore
