Seriously THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE! I do ride share and normally have no problems at TA stops but this one... The young child who was there before Jeanette didn't even bother to take the time to help me... Started my transaction then rudely was annoyed at helping. Jeanette is no winner either. She got rude with me about counting my money properly. The old lady is rude. I was right in what I had I saved her from being short. I am so upset and disgusted by this distasteful service. I grabbed my money and stormed out. RUN DO NOT STOP HERE!!!!!

Money grab. Sad that this job makes ppl have such a money grab like we arent ppl. Ta at this location is trash. Parking lot trash. Store old looking. Nothing healthy. Truck stops are truckers enemies.

Avoid this chain all together. Only use this shop in emergency situations only. I have had work done 4 times with one good experience.. This particular shop has predictors in the shop.
Not going to be specific just look at the comments for TA travel centers. One bit of advice when they put a young boy on your truck tell them you want an experienced mechanic working on your truck, these guys that are young do not know what they are doing, you definitely don't want a kid guessing on your truck with a rate of $160 per hour. I had to go on YouTube find out how to check a foot valve that they wanted to replace for $1200 bucks. Checked found it wasn't the foot valve rebuilt the rear brake release valve myself and was back on the road.

Came in here around 3 hours ago for purchase of a steering tire. At that time I was fifth in line and now I am fourth in line for a simple tire change. This is what it has come to. They could get a lot of business if they were properly staffed. The driver's time is the last thing on their mind. There is no sense of urgency here. I would highly recommend going somewhere else and it will also probably cost you less.

The worst truck stop in the United States., rude people horrible service especially truck service. If you have to do service for your truck go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service today, Saturday 8/2/25 I arrived when the tech (Josue) was out on a call. There were like 5 trucks other before me. The ladies behind the desk Shardee and Daisy were welcoming and very diligent, took my info and kept me aware of main techs return. I had a bad tire and wanted to grease the tractor. And just like that trucks were brought in and service was cranking. I was ask to back into a bay, tire removed and inspected, needed a new tire, tech Jonathan jumped on it immediately. He also greased my tractor while I went and took a shower. Life's good. This is great group of hardworking individuals and its worth mentioning. Thank you for all you do.
