I was a weekly customer here until today. I’m done. Regularly out of inventory. Out of chicken and duck feed, out of fence, out of hay. Today Crystal wouldn’t get me propane because Crystal “heard” thunder. I suppose you could use that one every day and get away with it. But I’m well aware of the weather conditions and there was no lightning or thunder so I went next door to Winn Dixie. I will drive father and get my supplies elsewhere. Anything to avoid this terribly managed place.

This store has far superior customer service than any Tractor Supply around. The team is led by Store Manager Steve, who goes above and beyond and the staff is well-trained to work with you and find a solution to any problem. That is important in this day and age when Customer Service is not valued in many establishments. Their inventory is amazing and they have everything you could possibly need for agriculture, pet care, lawn and garden and more.
So if you want one-stop shopping and the service of a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff that CARES--I highly recommend the Seffner store. You'll not only find everything under the sun for your needs but you will be treated with courtesy not as a number. Bravo Seffner!

It is tractor supply do you really need more? It does have a dog wash station. $10 go early it gets pretty messy by the afternoon/evening especially on weekends

I used to buy here often, until I found out that TS leads the way in DEI and pushing a radical agenda destroying the country using customer money. Check them out. Sad. UPDATE. THANK YOU TS FOR REVERSING THIS POLICY AND RESPECTING YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I shop the Big Bend Road location, however, since they have this tractor supply in Seffner near where a friend of mine works, I asked him to stop and pick up a bag of the 40lb purina duck pellets on his way home. Spoke to him this afternoon and was told that he tried, but when he got there they had none stocked and that whilst they had it in the back (which is typical even at Big Bend) it was under a bunch of pallets and could he come back tomorrow. That about sums up the service you get around here; people that are too inconvenienced to stop what they are doing and actually do their job. My friend is certainly more understanding than I, for had I been there I would have been on the phone with corporate had they refused to retrieve the duck food (and frankly I may still). Tractor supply in general is reasonably good - this review is for the Seffner location only. To sum up - it wasn't even worth the trip he made, and so now I will be going to the Big Bend location tonight to get the food myself (and decent service). And before the manager posts some sort of followup saying we apologize for your experience etc, save your empty words and instead do something to keep others from having the same experience. Thank you.

Tractor supply co. claims that I stole a kayak from them .I am not sure what The standards for the tractor supply company.But I don't like these standards too play with someone's life like this. I pulled up to the tractor supply. So a friend would be able to purchase medicine for her drove.To the back of the store to check the dumpster for any dog food or cat food that might be thrown awhen I got to the dumpster, there was no food in it. But there was a kayak sitting on the black top directly in front of the dumpster. I thought it strange that there would be. What appeared to be a perfectly fine new kayak? So I picked the kayak up.And I put it on top of the truck. I had not tied it down or attempted to conceal it cover it or secur The kayak. Immediately I drove to the front of the store and my friend got out. And went into the store to retrieve her medicine for her dog. I got out of the vehicle and went to the front of the store and examined the kayaks that were being sold. By tractor supply. Then I went into the store and attempted to find one of the employees but it was at that time that I heard my friend yelling at someone to please let Her have Her dog's Medicine. And I heard a male's voice telling her that she was the problem and to get out of the store so I approached them and asked what the problem was and I was also asked and escorted out the door and was told to leave. As I got into my vehicle, I remembered about the kayak, which had already been removed from the top of my truck and this man that works for tractor supply did not want to hear anything. I had to say so I kept my mouth shut and I left the store like few months later. I get a letter in the mail telling me that I've been charged with a first degree, petty theft and that I was being charged with the theft of a kayak that I never stole or deprived them of but later. I am being charged with no other than a crime. That is punishable by 364 days in the county. Jalso I feel like this was some people playing a joke or setting? Up the situation so that a dumpster diver/, poor person. Or persons of lesser income.Looking for something to better their life or to make things easier or more comfortable for them. So they set it up to. Catch one with the kayak as band I thank they think it's all fun and games. But this is real life and now I'm having the fight for my freedom to stay free from the jail when I do not steal. I believe that.Tractor supply and their brand don't stand for these types of things. But it seems that tractor supply and it's brand has employed some or trained even. The individuals that disrespected and respected embarrassed and Put something in motion when when II never intended to deprive them or take their thought that I may have even done them. A favor had someone. Else attempted to steal or conceal this kayak in front of the dumpster.I was never given an opportunity to inform anyone of me picking up the kayak. But was immediately confronted confronted with threats and yelling while in the store in front of other customers and being called a thief. And the employee. Exhibited signs of aggression, aggravation and violence towards me and my friend.Sefner mango Hillsborough County 574 Martin Luther king. BoulevardIs the location that?Has claimed. I stole something from them or has pursued charges towards me for thi. Am.Very unsatisfied and unhappy and all the rest so that whoever reads this will know. So what's that mean? If I pick something up off-the-shelf. And I put it inside my buggy. Or a bag that's stealing if I pull up out front. And I put a bag of feed on the tailgate of my truck and then proceed inside the store. I stole it no, no. That does not mean I stole it. That means I'm going in to pay for it. Why this man would immediately.Insist that we were thieves, and we were the problem in this country and that we should get jobs and quit stealing. S*** that doesn't belong to us. That's that's what happened.And i'm opposed this

So every time I go there to give my big dog a bath it’s always filthy I have to rinse and clean the tub of hair and dirt. The floors in that room are nasty. I even brought my little 2.7 pound dog in and put her in the tub while I washed diesel and they still charged me $20. I’m looking for another place that hopefully will have cleaner dog tubs. Hopefully.

I love Tractor Supply in Seffner!! They always have the water softener salt I need on hand. I place my order through the app; they notify me when it’s ready for pickup. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for someone to complete my order. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Thank you, TSC!!
