Save your money. Have been paying for a unit for 2 years that was climate controlled. I was told by a gentleman this morning the A/C has been down for months. I was never informed. I came to empty my unit. There are ripped up shreds of boxes and bags, piss, and poop from Rats. Most of my unit is going in the trash. This is ridiculous!
There is another one star review mentioning rats and the A/C broken from 5 months ago.
Also...found a dead/decompositing rat mid way in my unit.
I generally am more about giving people good reviews or grace giving reviews...but people need to know how ripped off they are getting trusting these people to hold your things.

My unit was ruined by a rat infestation at this location no one has reach out to me concerning this matter they only reach out to bill you monthly after I informed them that the rats ruined my whole unit I removed whatever I could salvage out of the unit they continued to bill when they new I had already ended renting the unit now I’m in collections no one still hasn’t called me to resolve all the damage after I paid over $4000 on that unit and now there saying i still owe $600 because my unit went to auction when I didn’t even have anything in the unit anymore how about paying me back for everything I lost thanks DEBBIE

If you guys need a small storage a medium one or large one you can depend on these people they have it all the guy up front Tristan did a great job helping us decide what was best for us he was patient professional attentive to what we need and only what we needed and that's one good thing I like about cube smart storage I went in there looking for one thing and the prices are great too so would I recommend them absolutely yes go see him he is prepared to meet your needs I highly recommend them thank you guys for making my day easier
