I have never experienced such unprofessionalism as I have with this place today I'm beyond frustrated no one knows how to answer the phone or follow up with the customers they're rude when you go in Person

Since moving to Seffner over a year ago, I don’t get any of the mail that I’m supposed to. I did everything necessary to route our mail to our new house. After speaking to a woman at the post office, she was rude and didn’t seem to care about my problem at all. Issue unresolved.

If I could put negative stars I would. Lazy slow work no work. I stopped using my mail box years ago due to letters never delivered finding my mail in the street lost packages with a don't give a dam attitude. But there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Sad and helpless is how I feel after dealing with them.
