Bark Life is great. We use doggy day care at times. Our dog Duke loves it there. The staff are.all very friendly and seem to enjoy the dogs. Duke had a grooming the other dayHe.looks so good! His nails were trimmed perfectly. Leslie qas.his groomer

Picked up a couple items needed for our pup. Very clean,staff very helpful, I've heard very good things about them n also about their care for dogs.

I unfortunately used their boarding in April of 2021 for 5 nights. I came back to a sick dog that was matted in pee and smelled so bad. Her bed had pee all over it. Also I paid for a bath before pick up that didn't happen. I wasn't notified that she was sick. We actually received a wrong dog update as well. After her stay she acted so differently towards dogs. We had to get her in training. I waited a bit because I was so upset, and I was like they're a small business, but I finally emailed the manager. The guy said oh sorry we were short staffed. People will have good and bad experiences and people need to know about both to make an informed decision on if they want to utilize a business. I should have done a BBB complaint but I figured oh small business, but I'm tired of businesses not owning up and making things right. I was reading through their reviews and the comments from this business...saying oh you didn't use us and being so rude and condescending. I think that says alot about a business as well. You can say people are bashing you online but if it happened then it's an event that happened. It's not bashing. I doubt people spend thousands on their pets that they love and would be ok with them being treated poorly.

Highly recommend this locally owned market!! Their knowledgeable & caring staff take excellent care of animals whether they are grooming, boarding, or just popping in for a visit. I also appreciate the positive impact Bark Life has on our community and local rescues! I own a pet sitting company and I do not hesitate to refer clients to Bark Life, as I know they'll be in great hands ?

The best boarding place around this area!! I have two very high anxiety dogs and they always are well taken care of and come home happy. We love seeing the report cards of their day which helps us relax being away from them.

That poor TOUCAN For years, this bird has been cruel and kept from having a decent and good life sitting on a perch. Just for show, it's you truly are sensitive to an animal's needs and enrichments, you would find a place a sanctuary for this poor bird how. Would you like to be kept on a perch? Every day year after year day in and Day Out? How about you show some humanatee. this bird is an endangered species and yet you let this bird run away on a perch thinking you given it. Some type of life when in fact what you are doing is taking away any quality of life for this bird. I feel so sorry for it and you have the audacity to call yourself animal lovers. If you love animals. You will take this advice. Cause I am definitely reporting This to pita people for the ethnical treatment of animals. Since you don't know how to ethically treat an exotic animal that is on the endanger. Ed species list, you know, it's very selfish for an owner to use an animal thinking. It's a great thing, it's not great. It's in humane. No quality of life to the animal. If you are any type of decent person, you will find a sanctuary or a breeding program. So this bird can procreate or at least live its life. Outdoors in a place where it has enrichment and outdoors where a bird should be not sitting on a perch 45 years you to Peta. Let them just put their foot in
