I contacted Ms. Erin Myers, a customer service manager with State Farm, regarding a Letter of History which was required by my insurance company in Ontario, Canada in order to obtain a preferable rate of insurance on my vehicle.
Ms. Myers was a tremendous help ensuring I would receive the letter, in question, in a timely fashion. Ms. Myers’ exemplary communication skills, professionalism and knowledge are truly an asset to State Farm Insurance.

My monthly rate went down $65 after 6 months. This is the first time having car insurance that my payment didn’t go up and went down. The representative was so professional and helpful. I want to thank Carlos for all his help.
