“Mike is amazing. He had made my almost daily trips to Lowe's something I actually look forward to. I've been to many Lowe's stores and this one has by far the best service and is the most well run store I've been to!”

“I've been coming here for about 6 years, and today, I would like to give a special commendation to Patty. My name is Raz, and I came in to get two rip cuts and two cross cuts on 1/4 inch birch plywood. Patty was busy at the time helping a co-worker with a forklift. I saw she was busy, so I politely asked if someone could make some cuts for me since it didn't fit in my vehicle as a whole 4x8' sheet. Well, not only did Patty come as she said she would when she was done helping her co-worker, she did so with incredibly precise cuts. I was quiet while she cut, because myself I've worked in construction for 25 years now, and I know how important focus is on important cuts. Once she finished, we chatted about the wonderful smell of fresh cut timber, how this was a project for my little hens, and she even suggested First Saturday Lime to repel insects and pests from my hen house. In this age of digital distraction, superficial interactions and busied lifestyles, I am really happy to say we shared such warmth and genuine kindness, she had a calm and friendly attitude, she possessed good attention to detail, and her safety awareness was noticeable. The care she had with the material I was going to purchase was such a considerate touch. She handled everything politely and respectfully, and she was truly such a pleasant individual to speak to. Lowe's, you've done a terrific choice in employee Patty. Patty, thank you so much for restoring my faith in humanity. In this age of Epsteinicism, I can't say how much the little things matter...big time! Thanks again Patty, and bless your wonderful soul.”
“at this Home Depot called Tiny, extremely attentive, concerned about solving my problem, and with an excellent sense of humor, this attendant really deserves a rating of 100000, thank you very much for your patience and dedication, you were incredible”
“I visited for the second time today and I must say they have some of the friendliest service this side of the Atlantic. Jason on the loading docks was very professional and kind. He went out of his way to make sure my material would arrive safely.”
“Stopped in to look at some boulders today, and Steve was very knowledgeable helping me find what I needed. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. Edit to my original review... returned 6/1 to pick up a load of granite. Steve was on the loader and had us done and on the road quickly. Great job guys”
“I go here often and don't typically need help, however last week Mike, in it was the tile section I believe, possibly blinds, was such a huge help. Helped me find the materials I needed, and gave me advice on my project. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in the store.”
“Found the employees to be helpful. I found that the product to be much lower in cost than the big box stores. Strongly recommend this company for lumber purchases.”
