Burlington: Where you wait in line to check out 2x as long as it took you to shop.

I’m not going to this store location anymore I’ve gone there two times & both waited too long. It took 30 mins in line & 3 people walked out before me. There was still a bunch of people in front of me a 45 minute wait? There was an entire check out line full of people behind me. Only 1 Cashier until she finally called 1 other person. Abandoned carts in the line up full of items. I went over to TJ Maxx & got what I wanted within a few minutes of being in line.

Remodeled and it was awesome, for a while. Now, back to a trash store worse than a garage sale. Stuff is just disorganized and thrown about. Prices are no longer worthwhile when Walmart has cheaper prices. They keep one cashier on register on a Friday night so expect a half hour line to check out. Without security too, you wonder why you’re waiting. The workers are great though. They’re trying their best and it shows. But Burlington management shows that those that don’t work in the store don’t care about the customer experience. I almost spent $50 today but thanks to poor management, I decided to leave and set the junk I found back on the shelf. I can find better prices on Amazon delivered to my door, so what exactly is the point of Burlington now?Workers are trying their best again and thank you to every store employee, but corporate can’t see the iceberg that will cause everyone’s jobs. The point of Burlington was to have steals not found online.I will concede one thing, horrible clientele. Customers are the ones that trash the place while the wage workers try to keep afloat. I’ve been in line with you people, you’re horrible. Be respectful at least to the front end staff.

My first visit to a Burlington store. Not fancy, just tons of clothes and other merchandise bargains.

Been coming to this Burlington for almost 30yrs., when it was called The Coat Factory. Through all the changes over the years, it remains my all time favorite store. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Product selection is consistent. And best of all the prices are are the best in town. I’ve recommended this store to everyone I know or that has complemented or even asked where I got whatever I’d be wearing from and 98% is from Burlington. Thanks Burlington your The Best… kudos to your staff.

It stinks because of Poor Store Management on the part of Corporate.

I wish I had started my Christmas shopping at Burlington. Unfortunately I ended my shopping there so I was super disappointed when I found so many gifts I would have loved to buy people. I had no idea that they carried so many different things. I assumed it was a clothing store. I mean it's a coat factory right? They're more like a huge Ross, TJ Maxx, Bealls Outlet than a clothing store. They have a little of everything but also a lot of clothes (and coats).

Only two dressing rooms for the entire store? Waited 15 min to try something on. Would have bought it all and returned what I didn’t like but the line was 50 people deep. Clearly understaffed!

Store was un-kept. It was like the wreck of the Hesperus. With only two cashiers, there were more people in line than the store had employees. At least I found 2 BELTS. But by the time I got home I needed 4 BELTS of Jack Daniel's to soothe my nerves.
