“Jeff was awesome. I brought in a very expensive pc that was having issues and he was able to confirm that my motherboard and power supply had shorted. Bought new ones and he installed both for a reasonable price. He also updated all drivers/bios and spent about 30+ minutes in the shop helping me with windows activation that was giving us a hard time. Was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. He was able to create a positive experience during a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend this store for any computer needs.”

Ben, the best Microsoft skills. Sam has the best technical experience as a former (in fiels) internet provider. I climbed the televison with Stacy. She is the best accountant I've ever worked with. I couldn't run my business without these guys(and gal]. I usually only give 4 starts, but Grnie IT gets 5 stars!! They earned it.”

“After receiving a new Lenovo laptop that I purchased from Best Buy, I followed the set up instructions and activated the automated set up and the system appeared to power up ok; however, the system had to rest itself a couple of times so I brought it to the Geek Squad folks to make sure my the set up process properly synchronized to my email and other devices. Although the system response said I was “ready to go”, I noticed a lag in performance and as it turned out, the system really hadn’t finished loading several other required tools including the Trend Micro antivirus software that it needed to properly operate. I was very glad I brought it back to The Geek Squad Computer Specialist “Aaron” at Best Buy in St. Petersburg as he quickly identified the problem and fixed it right away. I was amazed at his knowledge, expertise and speed at which he worked to overcome incomplete software loads, resolve password issues and updating email accounts. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing to adjust the computer settings and the possible reasons for any conflicts that occurred with the software, accounts and app functions. He was very persistent and effective in applying permanent fixes to my computer. I have worked with many other computer and IT specialists in other places but I have say Aaron is an expert and also very pleasant and professional to work with. I also get very good service from all the other computer specialists at the Best Buy store in St. Petersburg, Fl and highly recommend their services to anyone. I look forward to using Geek Squad again for any of my other computer needs. Thanks!”
