My CVS is a pleasure to shop. The staff is wonderful from the front of the store to the pharmacy dept. There is always someone to help if needed. The store is always clean. The products are in full supply.

Every time I go there to get a prescription I have to wait. This morning I waited 10 minutes behind 2 cars. Then I go inside and there are 3 woke gen z people in the pharmacy. Only one acknowledges me and tells me she will be right with me. Another 5 minutes so I left. I’m not going to a place that it takes 3 people over 20 to ring up my prescription. Moving my prescriptions to Publix.

Stock varies from store to store as well as prices at times. Joining their rewards problem has saved me money over the years, although I don't get my prescriptions filled their because they are generally higher than Publix through my advantage plan.

The pharmacy staff here are amazing. I wasconcerned about an address discrepancy on my prescription, but it was smoothly taken care of. All the girls here are sweet and took their time to explain my medications and insurance coverage. They are shining stars and made my day so nice ☺️

The CVS store at Park Blvd & 131st St is my favorite of any CVS I've shopped. Including the pharmacy and front checkout, this team is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. They must have every item and it's location memorized, because they will quickly take you to it, or if busy, they tell you precisely where to find it. Not every CVS has this level of service and good atmosphere. This top notch team is why I shop this store over the others.

I love this CVS, especially the pharmacy staff. They go up and beyond in not only filling my meds but any hiccups I have had with getting insurance issues corrected. The front store employees are friendly and just awesome. This is the only drug store I go to. Well done!

Love CVS, but not this one. The cashier was rude and the store manager has never heard of the concept of customer service. I will continue to shop at CVS but not at this location.

I have been going to CVS since I moved to this neighborhood in 2005. I recently discovered that a homeless person was living out of their car in the CVS parking lot. The car was an eye sore with papers and trash bags covering the windows. Management was made aware of this and I learned that they had been allowing this and it had been going on well over a month.It is understandable that management was concerned about this man's welfare but I know first hand that he was offered transportation to and accommodation at a local homeless shelter where he would be fed and assigned a social worker. While I can empathize with this person a parking lot in a quiet residential neighborhood is not the place for an impromptu homeless shelter. This store is not open 24/7. Where is he using the bathroom in the middle of the night? I feel this is also creating an unsafe situation both for the neighborhood and for this man.I tried to file a complaint on CVS website multiple times on different days but the site did not work to file a complaint. I contacted CVS customer relations to make a complaint about my concerns and was told somebody would get back to me in a day or two. Nobody ever did.I will not support a business who has no regard for the neighborhood I live in and can not even take the time to acknowledge a complaint. I transferred my prescriptions and will not patronize any CVS again.

The store is ok and I go there a lot but the pharmacy, forget it. Take your prescriptions to another CVS or Walgreens. Today was the last straw, walking away empty handed after asking 4 times and confirming the medication I needed was in stock. There is no excuse for the "whatever" attitude when they make a mistake and they have made way to many including loosing prescriptions. When you're dealing with medication people count on get on the ball or get new people who can do there job.
