The customer service is amazing. The selection of bikes is excellent. A huge shoutout for Anthony who is extremely knowledgeable and patient when it comes to purchasing a bike. He provided a number of options to achieve my desired outcome. The Seminole Trek store is by far better than any other Trek store location that I have visited.

Friendly, fast, efficient and the price was fair. They immediately diagnosed the problem with my bike and within 2 hours, it was ready for pick up.

I’ve taken my bike to this shop twice now, and both times the service department has gone above and beyond. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. Each time they’ve worked on my bike, it’s come back riding smoother and better than before. I really appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service — they take the time to explain what was done and make sure everything is just right. Highly recommend them for any bike repairs or tune-ups.

I used to go to another bike shop but I will never go anywhere else now. I have two bicycles, one is electric. They know their stuff when it comes to both types of bicycles and I will never go anywhere else again!

Trek Store service staff took the time and care to thoroughly check and repair my son's bicycle, when they were quite busy, at a super fair price.
They also brought my 30 year old Marin bicycle back to life after years of hard use and neglect. It's in top shape now. I highly recommend this shop.

Great experience here. My wife and I both bought bicycles. The wife loves hers. I liked mine but due to the shoulder replacement surgery that I had a couple of years ago, there was not enough shock absorption. Since it was in the 30 day return policy window, I was able to swap bikes and I ended up with one that I also enjoy. Thank you guys, for going the extra mile for me.

When I walked through the door five years ago, I saw her from across the room and knew it was love at first bike. 2019 Trek X-Caliber 7. Since then, I've averaged about 25 miles a week year round, and these folks keep her running like new. From the moment you walk in, till the moment you roll back out, you'll receive nothing but kind, attentive, and professional solutions. I'm sixty-eight years old and these guys help me love my life and everything in it. Especially my bike.

Dropped my Townie off for yearly maintenance. I do a lot of off road and she's always muddy, and other bike shops over the years have returned the bike to me just as muddy as when I dropped it off, but Trek returned a brand new bike, didn't even recognize it. Very nicely done. They are also very generous to allow you to park in thier lot while you bike the trail.

Very disappointed today when I stopped in the shop to see if they could charge the electric shifters on the bike they sold me. The mechanic looked at my bike and said he could not, that he did not have the charger. I know they probably have at least 20 bikes there for sale with electric shifters. The fact that he didn’t care to try, didn’t care if they could provide this service says a lot to me. I often spend money in local bike shops to support them so that they will be there when I need them. I will certainly find alternative options when cheaper before spending my money with this shop.
