I just can't stand making appointments and happen to wait an hour in a waiting room in an hour to be seen, that's very unprofessional with people because it makes me feel they don't want to listen, and they're hurting people like cattle, getting them in and out without listening. The doctors, nurses and staff are friendly and attentive and even if I’ve come in much earlier than my appointment my wait time is still very short.
